Located in the center of everything in Orange Beach, AL including the most stunning beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. This 1-bedroom Grand Caribbean unit is all you need for your next beach getaway. It is a quick walk to the Sparkling pool, hiking trails and the boat launch and is very convenient to the cross-walk over to Cotton Bayou Beach access where you can experience all the fun in the sun on Alabama`s beautiful gulf beaches. Also walking distance to stores and restaurants and in 2023 the new shops of CoastAL located directly on the beach. When you`re ready for a break from the outdoors, relax and play games in the living room, enjoy preparing a meal in the fully stocked kitchen or unwind on you private balcony. With a queen bed in the master, a pullout queen sofa in the living room and a bonus bunk bed in the hallway this condo will sleep 6. With this 2nd floor private balcony you are in the best position to watch the Gorgeous Sunsets and Sunrises.
