The master bedroom has a comfortable Queen size bed. The living room has a full-size sofa bed. The kids will love the cove bunkbeds in the hallway!
A Full Kitchen makes preparing meals easy! It has full a washer and dryer. Very comfortable balcony high top table and chairs! You are only steps away from the beach!

Perfect Vacation Stay

This was our second stay at this condo and we still love it! Right on the beach with the balcony facing the water--perfect for drinking coffee and watching dolphins in the morning. The walk to the beach was short and super easy. The condo was extremely clean and well supplied. Communication with our host was excellent. Already looking forward to staying again!

Awesome stay!!!

Our stay was a great one. My husband and I are not huge beach fans but wanted to try a stay in orange beach. Well it definitely exceeded our expectations.The condo exceeded our expectations as well, it was clean, great view of beach, great pool and easily accessible to beach Did not have to drive very far for great food!! We will definitely return and stay here next visit. The owner is quick to respond if you have any questions. Over all great place.

Anniversary trip to Orange Beach

The condo was awesome. Loved being on the 2nd floor so we never took the elevator! The location was perfect so we could dine in gulf shores or Orange Beach. It was super clean, and comfy. The owner Terry was amazing to work with. We will def be back to rent this condo!

We purchased this condo the year it was finished being built. We are from Canton, GA. We have 2 college age sons, and we have so many great memories with them as they grew up coming to Orange beach and staying in our condo. We love the view; the 2nd floor convenience and being so close to the sand! We spent many years using a management company for rental, but we have been renting is ourselves for 4 years now. Communicating with our guests personally has been very rewarding!
We hope everyone enjoys their beach experience and our condo as much as we do!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Very low-density small beach front building; 9 floors with 36 units, all beach front, 4 per floor. Convenient to everything but out of congested areas. Newly decorated, Owner/manager, 2nd floor no elevator required. Steps to the beach. Nonsmoking building, enjoy the fresh air. Easy access to the pool and beach!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Beach Chair rentals by Sun Coast. Attendant on site! Convenient to restaurants and grocery stores but out of the congested area. Restaurants within walking distance. WalMart market 1.5 miles away. You don't have to use the elevator with only one floor of outside steps. Comfortable balcony furniture and nice interior re model.
