Parking was easy and secure. We enjoyed our stay. It would be optimal if the cleaning crew did not leave a fragrance spray in the room. The smell of Cleaning solvents was very strong when we checked into the room and required several hours of open windows to partially air out the smell.

The unit is perfect for two. Nicely appointed, clean and in a pretty nice location. Keeping in mind that in SOCAL there's an abundance of unhoused people, we were never approached or felt unsafe at any time. Quite the opposite.It's walking distance to the harbor (if you are ok with walking) which hosts events and has alot of restaurants to choose from, and a 5 mile parcour if you like to get a good work out in.

Great little rental with everything we needed for our stay. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!

The condo was tastefully remodeled and a very nice space to hang out in. The parking was great. Walked to the waterfront from the condo was nice!

Excellent weekend

We stayed here because there was a lovely shower, parking, and the proximity to the aquarium. This was an amazing place to spend a couple of days before heading out for obligations.

Great Location

This is a lovely place with wonderful amenities. The location provides easy access to restaurants, shops, and the ocean which are all within walking distance. The host provided great communication as well.

Beautiful Place!

Jenn’s place was absolutely beautiful in person, everything was super clean, the check in process was super easy, parking was gated & safe, It was a very quiet neighborhood as well & still very close to pretty much everything we wanted to do in Long Beach such as picnic at the lighthouse park, visit the aquarium & spent the day at the beach, would definitely book this place again!!

Cute Place

I was in town with my daughter for a volleyball tournament. The place is very clean and parking was a huge plus. The area of town didn't seem like the best - but it was secure and we felt safe there.

Great stay!

This VRBO unit was lovely to stay in, very clean and modern. Upper level, Quiet and close walking distance to lots of restaurants. The area was safe and the parking was super safe and gated. The AC was portable but modern and effective. We would definitely stay here again!

Jenn was Great!

Stayed for 3 great nights, highly recommend. Great central location with easy access to transit and all the local flavours. We arrived to snacks and bottle of wine, which was appreciated, nice touch. Apartment was clean, large comfortable bed and fresh bedding. Thanks Jenn for a great stay

Sandie and her daughter, Celina were amazing guests. Communication was as smooth as can be, the place was left in great condition, and the house rules were respected. I hope to host them again in the future. Sandie is welcome back anytime!

Very nice place to stay

We enjoyed our stay at Jenn's place. It is very nicely decorated and is well stocked with all we needed. The location is nice with respect to freeway access and access to groceries, dining, etc. We were pleasantly surprised by how quiet the house is, especially because the street is a bit busy. The gated parking is awesome...we felt very safe and secure. We would definitely stay here again.

We love this place!

Wonderful place to stay with stylish furnishings, extremely comfortable mattress and king sized pillows, and soft robes. Convenient location, secured, off-street parking and cute front and back balconies! Jenni’s a great host and on our second stay we were greeted with a lovely welcome bottle of wine and were graciously allowed flexibility for check in and check out times. Absolutely recommend!

Nice fit for our family

We had a very nice stay here. Everything was very clean. The fold out couch was great for our girls to share and bed was very comfortable. The security of the gated areas for our car gave me a lot of comfort as well. I would definitely come back.

Long Beach stay for conference

Wonderful to see a bottle of wine waiting upon entry, such a nice touch! Location was perfect for the convention center. Private parking and very clean. No one’s fault, just much louder at night on the busy street than I initially thought but I would stay here again for the location cleanliness and excellent response time from management.
