In the second ocean block, 101B New Castle is an impeccably maintained, adorable 2nd fl. garage apartment with large screen porch, two bedrooms, one full bath, kitchen and living area . . . this vacation rental is perfect for a small family! Enjoy central air conditioning, stack washer and dryer, WiFi and Smart TV. All in just a short walk to the beach, boardwalk and the wonderful shops and restaurants in downtown Rehoboth. Bonus: 1 Rehoboth Beach parking permit will be supplied for street parking as the main house has access to the driveway. If you need more space, why not rent the front house, 101A New Castle, or the house right next door, 507 King Charles Avenue. The garage is used for owner storage only. No Pets or Smoking please.
Guest pays a $95 cleaning fee when staying less than 7 nights. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Everything was beautiful! The space was cozy, and we were only a 5 minute walk from the beach! It was the perfect space for a honeymoon!

Great last minute stay

My family and I booked this last minute after our originally planned vacation was interrupted by a tropical storm. Reserving and checking into this property couldn’t have gone smoother. The property itself was perfect for our family of 4. We were walking distance from the boardwalk and the beach. The indoor living area was small, but it didn’t matter as we spent our time at the apartment enjoying the screened in front porch. It was wonderful after a day at the beach.

One small complaint would be when the cars park in the driveway for the house it made it difficult to walk around with kids and all the beach stuff.
