The house is comfortable, clean, and well stocked. Vrbo has this house not far from Bar Harbor, but it is actually a bit over an hour drive. We didn't mind the drive, but you should at least be aware. The house is, however, not far from Schoodic and Winter Harbor, which also allows you to experience much of the same hikes, water sports, etc. as Bar Harbor.

This is a wonderful house. Newly renovated, clean, bright, open. Private off-street parking. A perfect location for visiting our family in the area.

Comfortable

This was a nice spot to stay. We were able to drive to Bar Harbor and Schoodic Peninsula easily. The house is comfortable and clean. Well stocked for cooking. Very nice washer and dryer.

Nice property

Very nicely renovated property. Comfortable and relatively well situated for Schoodic peninsula. Route passing in front a little busy and noisy at times. Missing a few items in the kitchen but overall great stay! Thanks for everything.

Nice property

Nicely redone and comfortable property with easy access to local shops. Well furnished and everything was new. It is a decent location to do day trips to Acadia, Bar Harbor, and other areas in Maine. Thanks for letting us stay for our trip!

Great property, wish it was closer to Acadia

Cottage is very nice and comfortable. Remodel really an upscale feel. While the description noted it, realize that this property is about an hour from Acadia/Bar Harbor. We weren't familiar with the area, and when description said close to Acadia/Schoodic Point, we didn't realize that wasn't the main part of the national park. If you don't mind the drive to Bar Harbor, Acadia, it's a great property. Road noise from trucks.

Gem of a rental

Great rental for our 3 day stay. Newly updated and very clean. Loved the area. Tough finding restaurants open past 7pm but that’s no reflection on this rental. Schoodic Peninsula is amazing; one our favorite places on our trip.. So much to see in the area if you don’t want to drive to Bar Harbor. Only suggestion is a hand rail on the stairs going up to the bedroom. Highly recommend this cute place.

House was beautiful

House was beautiful and super quiet! This place is super spacious and it comes with plenty of kitchenware and other things needed for a family to stay. There are multiple places to eat in Millbridge and it’s close to a lot of places to eat.

Lovely Stay

We very much enjoyed our stay in Milbridge. The home was well maintained and true to the description. We went to Acadia everyday, including one day by ferry, and we found the distance reasonable.

Perfect Place!

So glad to find this gem! The property is clean and inviting. Easy to locate and only about 45 mins from Mount Dessert and only about 15-20 from Schoodic. It had everything but a hair dryer. Couldn’t recommend this place more! Don’t let this one pass you by.

Perfect Getaway

This was great for our family vacation. We were visiting my in-laws. It is down the street from the local market and an AMAZING Mexican food take away spot and a short drive to Bar Harbor. The house was updated nicely and we felt very at home. We would definitely stay here again!!
