Great house!!
Great house!! We come to Breck every summer with our 4 kids and this is our favorite house we have stayed in. The location is great, right next to a good mountain trail. We saw tons of wildlifeâ bears, moose and foxes. The house was super clean and far more spacious than you can tell in pictures. It would be the perfect set up for two families. We will be back!

Close to slopes, off the beaten path...
We just stayed at this awesome rental on Peak 7, and it totally blew us away. It has four big bedrooms, which was perfect for our group. The hot tub was such a nice bonus, perfect for relaxing after hitting the slopes, which were super close by. The place had this cool mountain modern vibe and was really clean. The location was great tooânice and peaceful but still easy to get to the slopes. We highly recommend it for anyone looking for a great mountain getaway.
Really great house with plenty of room. The high ceilings were beautiful, but they caused a lot of echoing! Loved everything about the house except that.

Spacious, clean, terrific sunlight and great for families
The property manager was incredibly responsive to our last-minute trip plans. Our family of five, along with some overnight guests, enjoyed a spotless home with comfortable beds in a private setting.
The large windows allow plenty of sunlight into the home, and the bedrooms can be darkened with full-length shades. The main room is perfect for gatherings and family meals.
We loved starting our day on the spacious deck with coffee and making early calls while others slept. The hot tub was well-maintained and a perfect way to relax after hiking with extra towels conveniently provided nearby. The appliances were all fully functional.
The property is an eight-minute drive from the Peak 8 base activity area and is at a similar elevation. It is a short drive to the town center, the Breck Connect Gondola, and the Breckenridge Recreation Center.
We appreciated the location making access to the City Market, Dillon, and Frisco convenient.
We love Breckenridge with everything it has to offer from skiing to hiking too relaxing and most importantly, sharing it with our guests.
From our first trip to Colorado in 1993, we knew this was a special place. Managing this home and offering it to others allows us to share this special place with so many people. Trip after trip we learned that each season brings so many memories, we hope you start making those memories as well in Breckenridge, CO.
This home has plenty of living spaces within this sprawling multi-level estate.
Inside where the kitchen and glass enclosed breakfast nook, the great room, the deck and large yard,. In the basement we have a second living room/game room with access to the hot tub. Our home can provide the opportunity for the family to gather together, or spread out. The home has high vaulted ceilings in the living room, the master bedroom, and dinning area and kitchen.
The Peak 7 neighborhood is a quiet enclave adjacent to the ski resort. We are at the end of a cul-de-sac. Locally, we are about two miles from historic downtown Breckenridge and the ski gondola. There is loads of activities, shopping and restaurants in town as well as on mountain. It's only a short drive to 6 more world class ski resorts, whitewater rafting, stand up paddle boarding, dog sledding, snowmobiling, horse back riding, gold mine-tours, road biking, kayaking, mountain biking and four wheeling!
