"Welcome to Grand Caribbean #405, ideally situated in the heart of Orange Beach, just across the street from the stunning sugar-white sands and crystal-clear waters of Alabama's beautiful coastline. This fourth-floor condo offers breathtaking sunrise and sunset views from both the living room and your private balcony.

As you enter, you will find a cozy bedroom with a queen bed to your left. Down the hall, there is a hallway bunk bed, a full bathroom and an additional half bathroom. The fully stocked kitchen opens to the spacious living area, perfect for cooking and socializing. A spiral staircase leads to a roomy bonus loft area, complete with a queen bed, adding extra space for relaxation.

Beyond your condo, Grand Caribbean #405 offers a range of amenities. Enjoy a refreshing swim in the pool, sunbathe on the expansive deck or stay active in the nearby workout room. There are also grills and picnic benches by the parking area, along with a walking and bike trail and a boat launch for your convenience.

Great little place with plenty of room and sweet view

Our stay was great parking got a little tight towards the weekend and somewhat of a hassle to leaving and coming but not terrible. Great staff great communication and recommendations. We Would definitely recommend staying here.

Grand Carribean is a perfect place to stay!

My family had an awesome time! It was located in a very convenient location, close to everything. Even though it was across the street from the beach, from our 4th floor balcony we could see the beach and the ocean very well! The condo was set up nicely and we had everything we needed! Plenty of areas to sleep and beds were comfy! Nice pool too!!

Orange Beach Stay

Cute little condo, decorated nicely. Needs a little attention from the owners. The bar stools need tightened, the backsplash is falling off the wall, we finger-tightened down the full bath sink faucet as it was extremely loose, the dining room chairs need upholstery webbing (the kind that does not stretch) for support under the cushions. The bed in the loft is quite broken down in the middle so we had to put a pillow there to sleep two comfortablly. Probably a more stable bed base would help that issue. Everything was very clean except the floors needed swept. Minor things that can easily be fixed. Otherwise everything was in good shape. We found the proximity of the road noise to be too much to enjoy the balcony even though the view of the beach was beautiful. The walk to the beach is not far if you are young and fit. This is a nice unit for the price.

Crap

The exterior was fine. Whoever owns this place should be ashamed. First impression it looked clean but after a few days one realized it was not. Hair on steps, strains in bathroom etc. The place was obviously furnished by goodwill or a similar junk store. The kitchen utensils were disgusting junk. Anyone who owns a place like this should be able to properly furnish it. We looked forward to leaving and actually left early. The furniture was even worse. The chairs were falling apart and two could not be sat in . The balcony chairs were rusted. The road noise was unbearable and the pool was right along the road. No point going on but never again will I make this mistake.

Furnished by Goodwill or a backwoods yard sale.

The balcony was over, and next to the highway, the pool was not heated and next to the highway closer than the balcony. Unbearable highway noise. Could not enjoy ether one. The place was not very clean, the kitchen utricles were cheap used goodwill store junk, the toaster was old worn and would not take a whole slice of bread. The furniture was junk probably purchased in a backwoods yard sale. No stoppers in bathroom sink drains. The bedroom blinds where broken and there was a light bulb on all night outside the bedroom window. The balcony furniture was rusted and in disrepair, as was the inside kitchen bar chairs which had backs with loose screws. There was a junk table with two chairs with chair covers both broken in center and unusable. Flip Blob Vacations was responsive to fixing bedroom drapes and blinds and a repairman did try to fix the drain stoppers after numerous requests. Every morning I had to climb the awful twisted stairs to turn the heat up because it would be in the 60s every morning. I would set the heat but it would not stay. I guess ok in the summer, but not Jan.and Feb. One would think the owner would take more pride in this place but they must not care about their renters. Stay away, spend a little more and go into a Phoenix building.

Great Stay

We rented this for a great week at the beach, just a short walk across the street and right by grocery stores and food. Orange Beach has a lot to offer with the Ward, deep sea fishing or just relaxing in the soft sand at the beach. This home away from home was great for dinner grilled at the charcoal grills on the property.
