Maybe we should have read the reviews more closely. When we arrived, we wandered around the complex trying to figure out which unit we had rented. The check-in instructions gave no indication whatsoever. We had to message the host to figure out which one. That was frustrating. No wi-fi ... really? That's silly these days. No ability to login to our streaming accounts to watch our shows and games ... more silliness. The microwave doesn't work. It was hard to keep the light from the parking lot out of the bedroom to sleep. No light in the primary shower - and the vent fan doesn't work. Positives: good location, A/C works, comfortable beds, good water pressure in the shower, ice maker works.

Had a great time!!They had a great dock our son enjoyed fishing at and the swimming pool was right outside the door.With children you can sit on covered porch and watch your kids at the pool.

Fantastic Orange Beach Trip

The place was even better than the photos. It's close to everything. We enjoyed fishing off the marina, dining at very nearby restaurants and dipping in the pool to cool off. The beds are super comfy and the rooms sizable. We would definitely stay again!

Awesome except no internet

I didn’t realize how much we rely on internet. We ended up using up our data plan, since the location didn’t have internet. Other than that, it was awesome! Clean, spacious and comfortable! We will definitely stay, again, if it is available for our next trip!

If you have to spend a week in paradise with your inlaws this is the lucky ticket

Had a wonderful visit here, private pool by the marina. Local restaurants were amazing. Kitchen was very well stocked with many grocery options just a short drive away. Communication with owner was easy and was given a slew of great food recommendations. Highly recommend city donuts.

Family vacay

Loved our stay here. The layout of the condo was great. Each of our teens had their own bed. The rooms were a good size. We loved the location. There is a great beach about a 5 minute drive. Loved being on the water and watching boats come and go. The area was quiet, but close to everything in Orange Beach. The floors in the bathroom could have been a little cleaner. It was a little confusing figuring out which unit we were staying in. (I didn’t see that in any of the check in information.) We would definitely stay here again though!

Everything was great, but...

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and in a great location. The only thing I didn't like was that there is no wifi, which I felt should have been mentioned in the listing.

First and BEST family vaca!

We stayed here at Charter Landing for our first family vacation as a family of 4. It was very clean and homey, and the view was incredible! Will definitely be back again!

Loved it!

This property was super clean and comfortable! It was very quiet and relaxing. We loved having breakfast on the patio and watching the fishing boats load up and pull out. The public beach was a short drive (5 min) and we just loved everything about our stay. We will not hesitate to book in the future!!
