Welcome to "The Grove", a spacious cabin with a modern design overlooking cottonwood trees that line the Sevier River. With many luxurious amenities including a back patio with a hot tub and firepit, a washer and dryer, and spacious enough to sleep up to ten people, our cabin can serve as the perfect home base gathering with family and friends. Situated between Bryce and Zion National Parks, we hope your stay is a great balance between rejuvenation and adventure!

The home is so comfortable and beautiful, you don't want to leave! The views, the room and the comfort! This is our go to home in Hatch. Whether you are visiting Panguitch, Bryce or Zion, we highly recommend this home!

Excellent place to stay for Bryce Canyon. Very roomy home with all you need for an enjoyable stay. Beds are comfortable, Kitchen has everything necessary, host is quick to respond if you need anything. We had a great time in Bryce Canyon, Horseback ride, ATV ride, hiking-the Queens Loop-Navajo Trail is a stunning hike. The scenery is stunning.

Beautiful home!

This house was perfect for our family. It was very clean and it had all of the amenities we needed to make dinners and then relax afterwards. The hot tub was fun and the views were beautiful. Very easy drive to Bryce Canyon NP. The nearby town of Panguitch had a nice grocery store to stock up on supplies.

Breathtaking views

I recently stayed at The Grove , and I can't recommend it enough! The location was perfect, offering stunning views and easy access to local attractions. The house itself was beautifully decorated, clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. I would definitely stay here again and encourage anyone looking for a fantastic getaway to book this property!

Wonderful experience all around!

This property was very clean and private with proximity to the hiking and sightseeing we were doing in the area. The host was very responsive and helpful leading up to our arrival. Our time at the property was short but we enjoyed the hot tub for sunrise and sunset and even got to see a deer in the backyard both days!

Beautiful Home!

We stayed here for a joint family weekend with our friends and there was room for everyone. There were 4 adults and 3 kids. The kids used the upstairs loft area to hang out and had their own bathroom and room! Everything was so nice. We will definitely be back! The communication between the host was easy and helpful and she kept be updated on any fire and power issues that may have effected our stay!

Amazing Beautiful Home In a terrific location

We thought the pictures of The Grove were pretty amazing and decided that even though it was just two of us we would splurge for the whole house. What we found was a place that exceeded our expectations. The house is as beautiful as the photos, but the view was stunning of the Cottonwood trees, colorful cliffs and mountains. It was a relaxing and restful retreat.

True relaxation! The property is open and allows everyone to be close, but also allows privacy with each room being a master suite! The views... You will not find a better one! Fast responses from rental manager. Central location to Zion, Bryce, Panguitch Lake, and Brian Head. This home is on the 89, you can zip quickly to anything you may need.

Our family stayed at this property (and another property nearby) for six days in August 2025. There were 9 adults between the two properties and one infant. All the adults appreciated how well appointed the amenities and interiors of the properties were, how spacious the kitchen and living areas were and how private every bedroom was. We all had such a wonderful time. The owners were very thoughtful about all the dishes and cooking accessories, and the garage space was another bonus. The patio areas were also spacious and provided such relaxing views.The communications with the host were everything we could ask for.My wife and I owned and managed rentals for 20 years and we know from our own experience what good customer care and listing accuracy can mean. This place met every expectation we could have had, and many memories were created.
