Quiet and secluded, nice large kitchen, nice cozy fireplace, bed very comfortable, nice view to have coffee in the morning. Great hosts. Highly recommend !

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect , close to hiking spots, quiet and relaxing. The host was kind, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience — everything was simply perfect! Highly recommend this to anyone visiting the national parks.

Perfect location to visit Bryce Canyon and Dixie Forest. The house was like a model home! Clean, spacious, beautifully decorated - and kitchen was well-supplied. Tricky to find the drive up to the house the first time, but managed to note landmarks after that. Hosts were very available and kind!

What a great place in such a beautiful location. It was very clean and the refrigerator was free of old food left by other visitors. The location was in proximity to several state and national parks including Bryce and Kodachrome State Park. Kodachrome State Park was especially beautiful with many hiking trails. We recommend taking the Panorama Trail. Communication with Janis was very easy for any questions or issues. We stayed during the week of Christmas but plan to return again in near future! Highly recommend!

What a beautiful property. Nice and new & clean. Space is comfortable and user friendly. Host supplied everything we needed for a long weekend stay, including great snacks A bit of a drive from Bryce especially after dark, but the skies were amazing, being away from most lights. Host was easy to communicate w and responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

I had an amazing with family for 2 nights to get away from Las Vegas heat. Our stay at Mountain View villa was absolutely wonderful! The cabin itself is gorgeous-beautifully designed, lovely views from the mountain top and cozy. Everything was spotless when we arrived, and it’s clear that Janice our host takes great care in maintaining a clean and welcoming space. The cabin had every amenity we could possibly need, from fully stocked kitchen, bedding, and not to mentioned pet friendly. It felt like a true home away from home. Whether you’re looking to relax, enjoy nature, or just escape for a while, this is the perfect place to unwind.Janice was an excellent host, responsive, and kind, making sure our stay was perfect from start to finish. I highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway! Look forward for our next adventure.

You can stargaze at night, sit on the porch and enjoy the view. We are close to Bryce Canyon National Park and about 24 minutes from Zion National Park. There are miles of ATV and hiking trails.
