The living room is a spacious and inviting space with floor-to-ceiling windows that allow natural light to flood in, enhancing the contemporary decor. It's equipped with a sofa, and a flat-screen TV perfect for both relaxation and productivity.
The fully-equipped kitchen comes with modern appliances, including a stove, oven, and refrigerator, as well as all the cookware you might need to whip up a meal. It also features a dining area where you can enjoy your meals while soaking in the panoramic city views. The bedroom features king-size beds with high-quality linens, plenty of storage space, and an en-suite bathroom.
Guest access includes a shared swimming pool and fitness Center with an allocated parking space.

- Standard Check-In time is 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM and Check-Out is 11:00 AM. Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs are subject to availability and additional cost.
- Primary guests are required to sign a rental agreement and pay a refundable deposit after booking (Before check-in). The deposit amount will vary based on the length and cost of the stay. Deposit refunds will be issued within 7 business days of check-out, following a thorough inspection of the unit.
- For building registration purposes, we will require a copy of the passports for all guests occupying the unit prior to their arrival. Thank you for your cooperation.
- We provide a starter pack of toiletries to make your arrival more comfortable. Please note that items like cooking condiments, cleaning products, and extra toiletries are not stocked in the apartment. We recommend planning accordingly for these essentials during your stay.
- Please be aware that Dubai is constantly evolving, which may involve ongoing construction or renovations within the community or even within our building. This could potentially cause disruptions during your stay.
- Please let us know in advance if you require a check-in outside of our standard hours. We will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on availability. Additional fees may apply.
- If you wish to request a late checkout, please note that this is subject to availability and additional fees. Please contact your agent at least 24 hours in advance to discuss.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A fine of 2000 AED will be charged for smoking indoors. Smoking is permitted only on balconies, if available.
- A replacement fee of 500 AED will be charged for the loss of an access or parking card.
- As per the regulations set by Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests are required to pay a Tourism Dirham fee of 10 AED per night per bedroom which is not included in the total price of your booking and can be paid separately in advance or upon arrival.
