Overall everything was good and went well, location was good for our needs perfect for what we wanted, used pool and hot tub quite a few times, laundry was very good

Spacious and super clean!

This is a wonderful condo to stay in while attending spring training games around Glendale and Peoria. Lots of places to eat and shop close by too.The bed was very comfortable and the unit was super clean!

Just Right

We came for spring training baseball, and this place was in a great location, central to everywhere we went. It was quiet and clean, a simple one bed one bath but with nice extras like a fireplace and patio. The reserved parking spot was a big bonus..

The condo was immaculate! Comfortable bed and beautiful pool! The owners were very accommodating, actually met them at the pool and they were a lovely couple. We definitely will stay here again when visiting our daughter!

Amazing!

We came for a karting race and this was close to the track. The property is clean and well kept. The apt was great! We had comfortable beds and everything we could have needed. Our host were amazing! Communication was great and the checking process was easy.

make sure u ask questions about the lil things

dog barking next door was very loud non stop ,no iron in apt ,ac worked very good ,place was clean inside ,owners communicate very well ,rather pay the extra money for a nice hotel next time personally

The apartment itself was great. It was clean and had everything we needed. Parking was close. The host was responsive. I would stay here again if I didn’t want to use the pool. I was told 4 days before our trip that the pool was closed for repairs. About 2 days before our trip I was told the pool would be open in 1-2 days. The pool was green and dirty for the entirety of our stay and there were ducks swimming in it. Hopefully if you stay here you have better luck with that. I don’t know if that’s the norm or if we just had bad timing.
