Great place for large group!

My friends and I stayed here for a week with 12 of us. It was the perfect fit. We could all enjoy the common spaces together without bothering one another and it was a cute comfortable place. Neighbors were also super nice. Would stay again!

Great for people who want to spend all their time at the beach

Overall, the inside was exactly as pictured and very clean. It was a short walk to the beach was prefect for our group who wanted to spend almost all of our time there. We were quite disappointed with the outside portion of the property; the outside didn't look like it was maintained as well as depicted in the listing, and the grass in the backyard was way too high to spend much time out there. I also checked with the host about having a fire pit at the place and he confirmed it had one so we brought all necessary supplies and we did not see any firepit on the property. There also was a really big roach problem, which we understand it is NC but I would suggest some pest control in the future. I would also suggest putting more recent pictures of the outdoor areas so that people know what to expect.

Hi Laura! I'm very sorry, although we have 24/7 support to fix any issues within minutes. This is the first I've heard you had any issues. Someone must have taken my fire pit! If you sent me a quick message, I would've delivered a new fire pit immediately. Same for the grass, I have biweekly lawn service, but it grows QUICKLY during late spring by the ocean. I will increase lawn service to weekly! Our pest control is already in place, and now increased frequency. I've confirmed 2 weeks later no guests have seen any more roaches! Thank you and hope to host you all again in the future :)
