The layout was great for a Multi-family annual beach trip!! Lots of space. Steps to the beach! It was honestly great. You could see the beach from the porch. It was ideal! Only a short uber to the boardwalk (10) . Only downfall was the kitchen was not stocked with the essentials. Not a deal breaker at all but, I would’ve expected kitchen essentials. Make sure to bring basics if you want to cook at the house (there were no oven mitts or tongs, only 1 spatula was available and there was not enough drinking glasses for everyone.)

We’re sorry the kitchen stock didn’t meet expectations. The location, proximity/view of the ocean, and layout of the house were all excellent. Very clean and accommodating. The only disappointments were the lack of chairs on the decks. There are 3 decks from which to view the ocean but only 2 deck chairs total. The grass was so high that we couldn’t access the outdoor shower and the master bath fan is broken. None of these are deal breakers but need attention. We would definitely book this home again.

Very nice home in a great location. The walk to the beach wasn't far at all. Plenty of parking for extended family. Our only little complaint would be in the kitchen where new pots and pans are really needed. Overall it was a great place to stay. Would definitely stay again!

Home by the Ocean

The property is as described. The ocean views and access is easy. Plenty of room with lots of private baths in a quiet neighborhood.

Very pleased with our stay!

This was our first visit to Carolina Beach and our stay at this property couldn't have been better! The rooms were spacious and clean with views of the ocean. We loved sitting on the upper patio and listening to the waves. The dining table offered plenty of seating for our large family, which is nice! Overall, we were extremely pleased with the property and our stay!

Perfect! Weekend get away for 9 wise adults. Rooms were spacious for quiet time if needed! Highly recommend.

great location many fun things to do. TV remotes had many issues with all, oven/stove, and fridge pretty dated but all in all it was a great time and we really enjoyed the stay!

Absolutely Amazing!!!

My family and I wanted a get a way at the beach and this was better than our dreams. This property was perfect and was equipped for my one year old son (crib and baby gate). The layout of the property was perfect and spacious. I highly recommend this property for an amazing family weekend.

Great family vacation

Great house with plenty of room, and the most amazing porch that I've ever seen. Spacious kitchen and living area. Plenty of seating for everyone to be in the same room. Only down side was inconvenient beach access. Another bonus was the live music from the Tiki Bar/ North Pier which was just a short walk down the beach.

The top floor of this large beach house offers guests a large open floor plan with the kitchen/ dining/ and living room all open. This allowing guests to cook meals, eat dinners, or relax on the couch with those you love. Want to take the bonding outside? Absolutely! The large furnished/ covered ocean view deck gives guests the chance to relax by the beach and listen to the waves crash in the distance. Our family vacation

Overall our vacation very nice. I have specifically addressed some of the issues concerning our stay. I am not sure that we would ever rent a home owned by a realty company again.

The rental company was very accessible for any questions or concerns we had throughout the booking and check in process. The fridge was broken before we even checked in and was replaced by the 3rd day. The house was clean and beautiful. The WiFi was good, tvs were good, dishwasher worked, stove and oven worked. AC was great. No complaints it was a great choice for a family vacation

Mother’s 86 Was a Hit

Six children were celebrating the 86th birthday of their mother. She always said she hated the beach but this experience has changed all of that. The ocean views were breathtaking for her. The cleanliness of the property was tops for her.

This place came as advertised….

Very dog friendly property……We loved the close proximity to Freeman Park. No ice maker…but we didn’t think to ask….and no problem picking up ice at local grocery store. Beautifully decorated. There was ongoing construction on a neighboring property….but workman were courteous…and noise was not intrusive after 5:00 pm or early morning.

Great House

Perfect house for a group of friends. The beach is a close walk. Balcony areas are fantastic with a beautiful view. The kitchen doesn’t have a wide variety of cookware, so if you need something special, bring it. There wasn’t a cutting board and knives were super dull, I would just bring our own next time. I would rent this house again!

Reviewer Comments: Other than a few missing amenities -- a working dishwasher and at least one hairdryer (which I assume will be addressed), it was a great place for seven friends who needed five 'adult' rooms. Loved the location across from the beach and proximity to the wonderful Tiki Bar on the peer. I did find it a bit strange that you had to make your own bed.

Linda, Thank you for your feedback. The dishwasher issue has been addressed and is properly working. We do not provide hair dryers in our units. The location is perfect and the tiki bar is such a fun place! Per your signed rental agreement, bedmaking was suspended for 2022, hopefully we will reinstate this service in 2023!

Celebration of Life

We were in CB to have a celebration of life memorial at the Island North Gazebo, rose ceremony @ the pier and reception @ high tide. The house was the perfect amount of space. Being in walking distance could not have been better with going back and forth to get things set up. The only issue we had was navigating the stairs being 50+ and getting everything out by 10AM Cleaning lady was waiting to get in and it just took awhile for us to pack up the fridge etc. I highly recommend a late check-out if available or clean out the fridge etc the night before.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Dishwasher wasn’t working. With 10 people in the house eating at home this was a HUGE inconvenience. When maintenance came out he indicated that it’s been acting g up and thought they fixed it. Guess Not!

Needs updating

Upon arrival we found the upstairs bathroom curtain rod lying on the floor. It would barely stay up. The floors are nasty. If you stay here wear shoes while in the house or your feet will be black. There is mold in the showers and dishwasher. Master shower handle is backwards so cold is hot and hot is cold. Outdoor furniture is falling apart. Just not a great place. Needs to be updated. Won’t stay here again.
