This property is located in a very nice section of Ocean Drive. Close to everything you want to do in North Myrtle. The house is very nice and clean inside and out. You have parking for your car to be taken care of during the stay, which is excellent. The host is prompt with all information and makes the entire trip a pleasure I will be booking either here or at one of the other properties that they own in the future.. It has been a wonderful experience. One thing I did not expect was the variety of channels to watch during my stay, which was extensive highly recommend this Rental.

This home is spacious and beautiful. It's a close walk to the beach about 5 minutes. Katie is great. She is very clear with her communications and reaches out to make sure everything is well. It is difficult to find nice, newer homes that allow pets so we were so excited to find this one. We hope to return next year.

Perfect Beach Getaway!

This property was in the perfect location - close enough to walk to restaurants & the beach but also quiet and relaxing. Katie was great and checked on us throughout the entire stay; the communication was amazing. The house was clean and included all of the basic necessities, with extras for the entire stay. The pool was warm and clean, and within a short walk from the house. Our family will be returning for another vacation!

Our stay at Above & Beyond Beach House exceeded every expectation! From the moment we booked until the day we checked out, the entire experience was seamless.The home was beautiful, exceptionally clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need for a relaxing vacation. It truly felt like a home away from home. Every detail has been carefully considered, and we honestly could not think of a single thing that was missing or that could be improved.Communication with the owner was outstanding, and the property manager was equally fantastic. Any questions we had were answered quickly, and their responsiveness and professionalism made our stay even more enjoyable and stress-free.What impressed us most was how easy and enjoyable everything was. The cleanliness of the home was not at all what was stated in the previous reviews. The fridge, stove and baseboards were filthy as were the bathrooms. Mold on the baseboard by the master bathroom. The air return vent was coated with dust and dog furr. The sheets had hair on them and did not appear to be washed. The guest bedroom with the twin and bunk bed the twin bed was broken. The master bedroom bed was broken as well as the mattress had no cover over it. It had stains all on the mattress. The chairs on the back grilling area were so rusted you wouldn't want to sit on them or you would stain your clothes. The grass hadn't been mowed in several weeks with how tall it was. Unfortunately this was not what our expectations were considering how it appeared in the pictures as well as reviews.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m sorry the home did not meet your expectations, but I feel it is important to clarify the situation for future guests. When you brought your concerns to my attention, I responded immediately. I sent two professional cleaning crews to inspect and address the issues you reported. I also had the home inspected by an independent third party, who did not find the conditions described in this review. I made every effort to resolve your concerns. I offered you a full refund if you chose to leave and offered to help you find another rental that better met your expectations. You declined both options and chose to remain in the home. Instead, you requested compensation eight separate times, ultimately requesting a complimentary stay and meals for your family for the remainder of the vacation. I could not justify those requests after two professional cleanings and an independent inspection did not substantiate the claims. I take guest concerns seriously and pride myself on providing a clean, comfortable home. I have over 400 five-star reviews, and I believe that history speaks to the experience I strive to provide. I respect that every guest has different expectations, but I want future guests to know that I responded promptly, thoroughly investigated the concerns, and offered reasonable solutions throughout the stay.

Exactly as listed, super responsive host!

We had a fantastic stay at the beach house! Communication was incredibly easy from start to finish—Katie and her husband were always quick to respond and very helpful. The house was exactly as described in the listing: clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a relaxing getaway. We especially appreciated Katie’s hospitality—she responded quickly to a few minor issues we had and made sure everything was taken care of right away. Highly recommend this place and host!

Stop scrolling and book this Beach House! It’s beautiful & clean! Photos are accurate. We were hesitant to book because we didn’t feel there were enough reviews & we almost missed out!! We traveled with our family & fur baby and it was the perfect combination of relaxation and fun. It is a short walk to the beach access (5min) and the neighborhood is quiet & lovely. No need to pack extras because there are beach towels, chairs, umbrella, wagon & cooler. Host response time is excellent. This home is beautifully decorated and very warm/welcoming.The pool is directly behind the house. We also loved that there were other supplies such as dish detergent, dishwashing tabs, trash bags, bath and hand soap & shampoo/conditioner. The back patio always had a cool breeze and was the perfect spot for reading/morning coffee. There are sidewalks which made it easy to walk our dog and there was an interesting natural area for her to explore very close by (Ingram Dunes/Maritime forest/7acres). The TV’s were excellent too- we watched a lot of playoff hockey :)We will rebook here if we are traveling with our pet!!

Beautiful Home Great Location Great Hosts will do again!

This BEAUTIFUL beach home was amazing to stay at, clean and extremely well kept! My Family and I had plenty of room for everyone. The home is 2 blocks from the beach easy to walk to. The home does have a few beach chairs you can bring to the beach and beach toys for the kids to play with. The home also has a beautiful yard with a corn hole game we enjoyed playing and nice rockers and plenty of seating for the whole family. The home has a private community pool, we saw a few other visitors but for the most part it was clean quiet and relaxing having the pool all to ourselves while we visited. Our family will definitely be back to visit next summer. Also, Katie and her husband Sean the hosts were super easy to communicate with, and they provided a full overview of all the sights and attractions to check out this helped so much, and we were grateful they provided this info! Thank you!

The house was very spacious and clean. Could have used more supplies in the kitchen like glasses, bowls and baking items. Also the bathrooms need towel racks.Has a nice wide driveway that easily parks 3 cars. We loved the convenience of the pool.

The property was beautiful just as subscribed in the pictures and on the website. The pool was great large size not overcrowded with people and Wright out the back door. The host and maintenance personnel were fabulous to work with providing prompt detention. Anytime we had an issue or a question. I will definitely stay here again.
