The 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom main home is joined by an unattached suite with an additional bedroom and bathroom for those looking for extra privacy. Sharing a backyard and patio area, you can relax by the outdoor fire place and enjoy a relaxing evening under the stars! Walk to charming, downtown Fayetteville. We are located only a couple blocks away!



The Space:

BEDROOMS

- Primary: Queen bed, dresser, en-suite bathroom + closet

- Bedroom 2: located upstairs, 2 twins bed, dresser, en-suite bathroom

- Bedroom 3: located in unattached mother-in-law suite, en-suite bathroom, Queen bed, dresser

- Blackout curtains or room darkening blinds in each room

- TVs in primary and bedroom 3.



BATHROOMS

- Primary Bath: tub/shower combo + single vanity + washer and dryer

- Second Bath: located upstairs, walk-in shower + single vanity

-Third Bath: located in unattached mother-in-law suite, tub/shower combo + single vanity

- Shampoo, conditioner, body/hand soap, fluffy towels and hair dryer provided in each bathroom



KITCHEN

- Fully stocked kitchen

- Coffee: Mr. Coffee steam espresso and cappuccino maker for brewing espresso and frothing milk for lattes or cappuccinos, Mr. Coffee electric coffee grinder, Keurig single-serve coffee maker that uses K-Cup pods to brew individual cups of coffee - coffee provided + sweetener, creamer

Getting Around:

While the local area is walkable, you'll need a vehicle to get to Round Top and the surrounding area. Consider renting HOSTIE's chauffeured luxury sprinter van during your stay. Ride sharing apps, like Uber/Lyft, aren't available in this rural area.



Other Things to Note:

-Pre-arrival form & rental agreement: we do ask for a copy of your ID as part of our guest screening process after the reservation is confirmed. You will also be asked to sign a rental agreement.



- When you stay with HOSTIE Vacation Rentals, you are covered for any accidents that might happen up to $3000 with the added fee of $59 in your total. Coverage details are spelled out in your rental agreement. This is applied to all bookings.



- CANCELLATION POLICY : The initial deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to your stay, less a 6% processing fee. No refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in. For spring, fall, and winter antique show dates, no refunds for cancellations made within 60 days of check-in. The cancellation policy will be upheld with no exceptions. All guests are encouraged to purchase trip insurance.

- Please note that sightings of common insects or wildlife (such as skunks, snakes, scorpions, spiders, flies, wasps, mice, ants, etc.) do not qualify for refunds, as occasional encounters are possible in any rural environment.
