great spot for extended family

we rented both houses while in town for my cousin's wedding and it was so convenient and well appointed with everything we could possibly need. even when we had a minor issue with the kitchen sink, they came out quickly, addressed it, and were very gracious and communicative throughout - extremely well handled! highly recommend, and we will be back!!

Quaint and quiet

We loved our one night stay and will be back next time we are in the area. The house is charming with updates in all the best ways while maintaining its original character. Location is perfect and walking distance to many shops and restaurants.

The house was absolutely fabulous. The front porch & back yard was great for visiting with our group

The outside accomidations were top notch. My group enjoyed being outside while having beverages, snacks, breakfast . Location was absolutely the best for a short walk to the town square. We will return!!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Kobza Haus! The home is adorable and charming, perfectly located within walking distance to many of Round Top’s best restaurants and shops. Every detail was thoughtfully designed, and the furnishings were beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, and the bottle of wine was such a thoughtful touch — we enjoyed it by the pool and firepit while catching up with our friends from California. Fabulous location, once you park your vehicle you can get to everything with a short walk!!! Front porch is great for relaxing and visiting your guest. Back yard has a wonderful gas firepit for evenings. The house is so very comfortable for get together with old friends.

Great Holiday House

Very comfortable house with nice kitchen and dining area. We have rented before for Christmas and New Years family gatherings and kids have asked to come back. Love the large fire pit out back and front porch with lots of seating. Walking distance to shops and the eating/drinking establishments. Lindsey is the best and will take good care of you.

Perfect

There were 6 of us attending the Spring Show. Three ladies had never attended and I wanted everything to be perfect. The house spoiled us and the location made everything so easy. We spent as much time on the front porch as we could. Lovely and hopefully we will stay there again.

This home is centrally located in the center of the business district of Round Top. We were able to walk to coffee, dinner and town square. The house was remodeled, clean and very cute. Has a wonderful front porch and a beautiful pool and fire pit in the backyard. Hostie was so easy to communicate with and checked on us several times. What a fabulous property!

Fabulous Round Top House

This is the best property I've ever stayed in in the Round Top area. The quaint country house has been redone in the best possible way. The kitchen is beautiful and has every amenity. The three bedrooms are on a long hallway separate from the living area, making it comfortable for vacation sleeping. The groups are pretty, and best of all, the proximity to shopping Round Top is ideal. Everything in town is in walking distance. I feel like I've found the perfect gem.
