Please note that this home is located in a country setting. The driveway is well maintained and passable but it is gravel.



Getting Around:

You'll need a vehicle to get from the home into Round Top and the surrounding area. Consider renting HOSTiE's chauffeured luxury sprinter van during your stay. Ride sharing apps, like Uber/Lyft, aren't available in this rural area.



Other Things to Note:

- CANCELLATION POLICY : The initial deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to your stay, less a 6% processing fee. No refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in. For spring, fall, and winter antique show dates, no refunds for cancellations made within 60 days of check-in. The cancellation policy will be upheld with no exceptions. All guests are encouraged to purchase trip insurance.



- Pre-arrival form & rental agreement: we do ask for a copy of your ID as part of our guest screening process after the reservation is confirmed. You will also be asked to sign a rental agreement. Must be 25+ to book. 



- Each additional guest over the maximum is $35 per guest. Any guest count above the maximum must be approved by the host.



- Pet Policy: No pets



- When you stay with HOSTÎE Vacation Rentals, you are covered for any accidents that might happen up to $3000 with the added fee of $59 in your total. Coverage details are spelled out in your rental agreement. This is applied to all other bookings.



- POOL NOTES:

* Pool area is NOT fenced. Please consider this when booking with children.

* The pool cannot be heated.



- Please note: Wifi can be spotty at times!



- All guests will be required to sign a waiver upon arrival

- For liability and security purposes, there are external cameras facing the front door, driveway, and pool. There are NO inside cameras. Hosts may monitor external cameras at any time via a smartphone app, and cameras are not to be tampered with or covered.

This property is professionally managed by Hostie Vacation Rentals. They will be available during your entire stay!
