Primary bedroom with king-size bed, smart TV, ceiling fan, blackout shades and a private bathroom featuring oversized showers AND soaking tub. Includes a walk-in closet, dresser, and a designated office area.



Hall bedroom with king bed, ceiling fan, blackout shades.



Guest bedroom with two Twin beds and a roll-out bed with a thick 3-inch mattress that can be added to any room.

Guest Access:

The unit is located in Waikoloa Colony Villas, a gated community offering excellent on-site amenities. Guests can enjoy two swimming pools, one of which features a large hot tub. The home is conveniently situated between both pools—close enough for easy access, yet far enough away to remain a quiet and relaxing retreat. Each pool is approximately a 3–5 minute walk from the unit (pool access via gate code).



Additional community amenities include:



Multiple BBQ areas located throughout the complex and near both pools



A fitness center near the central pool (key provided inside the unit)



Private tennis and pickleball courts within the gated community



Please note that the pools are not heated; however, the hot tub is heated and available year-round.

A-bay beach - fantastic kid-friendly beach with ocean front restaurant. Enjoy snorkeling, sandy beach and excellent dining, live music in the evenings.
