We rented this cabin due to ALL the amenities it had for our grandchildren, location to ALL sights . It was a very clean & spacious cabin ! The Host (Raj ) was very accommodating. We are planning to make this our regular spot for the future visits . In other words we really enjoyed staying at this cabin !!

The Little Roost was perfect for our family. Its spacious with comfortable beds and living areas. And its only half a mile from Honeysuckle Hills where my sister was getting married. The kitchen is well appointed and the ironing board and iron came in clutch and saved the day when traveling wrinkled our dresses pants and shirts. It was peaceful and quiet between all the wedding chaos. We didn't get a chance to use the hot tub but the fairy lights above it made a wonderful beacon in the dark when we came back home after all the adventures. Thank you for the wonderful memories. 10/10 would stay again.

Great place to stay was out of town but still very convenient within minutes to Everything. Everything was clean and well stocked. Beds were very comfortable! Great Get away spot! Would stay here again!

We had a great time in pigeon forge at this great cabin. My family loved the outdoor space and the cabin had plenty of room for 8 people. I would definitely recommend!

When looking for a place to stay for myself and husband, with my 3 adult children, including their spouses and 4 grandchildren, it wasn’t easy until we came across this one. It was exceptionally clean (a big factor for us) plenty of space for individuals to have their own space and common areas where everyone gathered. The outside area was an added perk, with outside activities and a fire pit large enough for all. Everyone in our group was so thrilled with this rental!!!

The cabin was as advertised on VRBO and pictures portray accurately. Cleanliness, mountain atmosphere and conveniently located to Pigeon Forge activities made for an enjoyable vacation. The kids really enjoyed the outdoor activities and game room.

The cabin was very clean and comfortable. The only cons I have is the water pressure is low and you can hear every step when someone is upstairs. The beds are very comfortable, the living room is spacious and comfortable. Hot tub was amazing and the out door amenities were great.

The cabin was perfect for our family of 8! We enjoyed roasting marshmallows by the fire and the grands loved all of the outdoor activities! The hot tub was perfect after fun-filled days exploring and playing at Dollywood. The cabin was clean and well appointed with very comfortable beds!

We had an absolute wonderful time. The check in was seamless and communication with the host was top notch. The cabin is beautiful and so spacious. My grandkids thoroughly enjoyed all the little activities set up outside as we sat around the fire. The arcade room was a hit as well! 100% recommend and will definitely be staying there again!

Great place! More out of the way than I thought but after seeing the cabins in town, I loved our spot. Just a few min to the main road and close to GSMNP. Cabin was as described. Clean and comfortable. Young adult kids loved the activities on property. We all enjoyed the hot tub! Raj was super communicative and responsive with any questions or concerns. You will be happy here. Would stay again.

All 11 of us really enjoyed the cabin!! A lot of activities for 4 teenagers to enjoy and not get bored.Kitchen was stocked with high-end appliances, which made cooking for our family a breeze.I would highly recommend this cabin!!

Quite location near beautiful horse stables. Lots of room for our family to hang out and kids play.Water pressure in this home is the only thing that could have been nicer but we loved it!

Loved the outdoor setup. So many fun things to do for the kids. Sitting outside around the campfire, listening to music and enjoying the mountain air was the perfect way to end 2025!

We made it work. It is decaying but there is a good bit of deception in the listing. Either the pictures are really old or they have been altered. There is no view of the horse farm below or the cabin behind. There is a small 7 foot section of a put put area but it is not a depicted in the photos, the theater ball is nice but old and coming out of the ground. Almost all of the putters were broken with a single ball remaining. There are some very odd neighbors behind that walk down and just stare and loose dogs that cone and poop in the yard. We contacted the hist for him to first tell us he would have the maintenance man check it out the following week. I had to let him know that would not work as our kids were running around and playing and kept stepping in poop. Anyway they ended up having to come because the door knob came out of the front door. They picked up some of the poop. The house has a bad ant problem as well. With a little bit of love this property could be outstanding. It is unfortunate. I would not be staying at this property again and I would not want to deal with the host or company again.

Laura, I am sorry that this was your experience with staying with us. When you mentioned animal droppings in the front yard, I wasn't sure if you wanted me to send someone during your stay since you didn't say so. But once you asked me that you wanted someone, I took care of it promptly for you. Again this is not something we want our guests to experience. Our cabin is in the woods so animal dropping can happen randomly on the outside. Regarding the putt putt, its the same as in our photos, so I dont know what's the deception here? Regarding the horse views, the horse ranch is downhill and theres a fair bit of trees between us. It was fall season when you were staying with us so the leaves/tress were blocking the view. The horse view is seasonal and will be visible during the winter through early spring
