This Mid-Century Modern (MCM) home is filled with rich history and love. This property is centrally located near local shops, eateries, universities, and medical clinics. A few specific landmarks are the Beltline, Agnes Scott College, Emory University, Emory Hospital, Fernbank, State Farm Arena, Mercedes Benz, and so many other Atlanta Attractions. The property is located in an established & peaceful neighborhood in Downtown Decatur. Please treat the home and area with respect.

There is parking for up to 4 cars in the driveway at the property. However, there is no parking on the main street.

We pleasantly welcome families, business travelers, first responders, production, and more. So pack your bags and enjoy a stay away from home!

We stay here every time we are in Atlanta! The host always checks in during our stay to make sure we are comfortable and have everything we need. The house is always in tip-top shape - very clean and well stocked. The home has a cozy relaxing atmosphere. The neighborhood is cute and convenient to everything. We love strolling around nearby Agnes Scott College and exploring all the amazing restaurants in Decatur. A

The house has so much character and all modern conveniences. The host has thought of everything - tvs in all bedrooms, plenty of nice towels, handsoaps & shampoo, plenty of extra trash bags & paper towels, laundry supplies & kitchen utensils & pans. The kitchen appliances are top-notch & the whole house was spotless! The location was great - convenient to stores & restaurants.

Great spot in Decatur

Met my young adult son and daughter here for a quick Atlanta stay. Great place near Decatur. Lots of restaurants nearby. Not too far from the airport either. Would definitely stay again!

This was our third time staying at this home. As always, it was exceptionally clean upon arrival! The kitchen is our favorite spot to spend time - the large dining table and big kitchen island are great places to sit and socialize or work remotely. The wifi is fast and reliable. We streamed a movie on the big tv in the living room with no problem. The home has always been well-stocked with basic supplies - which is a nice bonus! We did a load of laundry this visit - the washer and dryer work great. The host and property manager are easy to reach and have quickly answered any time we've had questions. Overall an A property!

We had a wonderful stay in Decatur, GA to celebrate Papa’s birthday. The house was perfect for my family and Ayala couldn’t have made it easier. Great town for a visit.

Everything about our stay was good. House is attractive and well furnished; check in was smooth and trouble free. Everything worked great. Our only suggestions would be to add wine glasses and see if light in downstairs bath could be improved. All in all, a delightful experience!

Amazing home in Decatur

We were so happy to find this amazing spot just outside of Atlanta. The house is absolutely beautiful and so spacious.. 5 of us (kids and adults) stayed very comfortably here. The host is fantastic and kept us informed of things, along with getting back to us when we had any questions. This house is located in the perfect spot for so many things to be seen. Highly recommend!

Nicely appointed. Clean house. Good location to downtown Decatur but on a very busy street so street noise in morning when sleeping. Kitchen items need resupplying as not enough to cook with.

We had a multi-generational family meet up here. The space worked well, with plenty of room for everyone. The kids really liked the indoor hammock and the games.

Decatur, GA Historical Home - Kennesaw State Graduation

Great property with easy access to Decatur and downtown Atlanta. Home was well cared for and deco pleasing and functional. It rained the whole time we were there for the most part so didn't have an opportunity to enjoy the deck and backyard. Host was very responsive. Only consideration was home on a very busy street.

Very attractive, comfortable home for our extended family. Kitchen very well equipped. The house appeared to be newly renovated. Lots of parking and large back yard perfect for our toddler grandson. The host was very responsive to our needs. Only suggestion would be to have a notebook with how the stovetop works, closing suggestions, contacts, restaurant suggestions, etc.

Delightful Home

Our family enjoyed our stay in this historic home centrally placed in Decatur for a family member's graduation at Emory. The home is spacious with thoughtful details and amenities in the home. Very comfortable as a home base for us! We had all that we needed both inside and outside the home and would absolutely recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful stay. We also found there is a trail across the street that was a bonus to the Agnes Scott College. It was a short walk to the Charis Bookstore. Our other outings to downtown, the airport, the aquarium, Emory University, and more were all withing a short distance via car. The communication with the property owner was great and very much appreciated!

This was such a cozy and comfortable house for our family weekend together for the holidays! It was clean, and in a great location and super close to downtown Decatur with all of the cute restaurants and pubs!
