Stunning Cascade Mountain views from this gorgeous, custom Cascade Lodge home in Eagle Crest Resort! Located in the "golden triangle" of Central Oregon. Close to Redmond, Sisters, and Bend. Easy access to Mt. Bachelor, hiking/biking trails, and plenty of outdoor adventures.

The great room features a 17' vaulted ceiling with exposed timber trusses, Ponderosa Forge wrought iron door, and juniper mantel. Entertainer's dream kitchen with slab granite countertops, top-of-the-line appliances, double-oven, and a 9' wet bar. The master suite boasts a large soaking tub, walk-in double shower, double vanities, radiant floor heating, and a built-in bench & dressing table. Two additional guest ensuites, den/kid’s room, powder bath, and washer/dryer on the main floor. Large bonus room with three beds and a full bath on the upper-level plus a high-end massage chair for you to relax.

The three ensuites all feature king beds that are plush/medium-soft, medium, and medium firm so you can find the right comfort level. The den/kid’s room is located on the main floor and features a bunk-bed double/full on the bottom and twin on the top, additional twin, and a twin trundle bed. The upstairs features a queen, a double/full, and a twin. We also have a plush king air mattress, a queen air mattress, two couches, three cribs, and plenty of pillows, sheets, and blankets. No shortage of sleeping options!

There are two sit/stand desks with ergonomic chairs, footrests, one monitor each with an HDMI cable, a mouse, and keyboard. We set this home up for those that want to vacation but may need to get a little work done. If you work remote, it's a great place to get away while enjoying the comforts of your home office.

We have board games, cards, puzzles, dominos, and dice. All TVs are 4k smart TVs, so feel free to login to your favorite apps and stream on our 1GB highspeed internet. The main room has a nice surround sound for movie nights or sports. Enjoy!

Enjoy an 1,100+ sq ft partially covered raised paver deck in the sun and shade, a gas fire pit, BBQ grill, hot tub, and stunning views of the mountains. You can see Mt. Saint Helens, Mt. Hood, Mt. Jefferson, Park Butte, Black Butte, Three Finger Jack, Mt. Washington, and the Three Sisters. At night in the winter, you will notice the night skiing lights on Mt. Hood! The 3,000+ sq ft paver driveway adjoins a beautifully landscaped and meticulously maintained garden.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils, pots, pans, plates, glasses, crockpot, griddle, waffle maker, blender, 2 children's booster seats, and all the equipment you need to fix amazing meals with family and friends. Dine indoors or out!

We provide 10 free guest passes to Eagle Crest Resort with your stay. Association Amenities available to you at Eagle Crest include: multiple pools (indoor & outdoor) and a splash park, tennis courts (indoor & outdoor), walking & biking/cycling trails, sports courts, fitness centers & gyms, pickleball courts, arcade/game room, restaurants, and more. Eagle Crest also features 3 amazing golf courses, driving range, and putting green (golfing requires additional payment not covered by the guest passes).

Enjoy a relaxing walk among the juniper trees where you will likely encounter some of our local wildlife (we have several families of deer, rabbits, and various birds). Central Oregon is a great place for cyclists too; check out the Sisters to Smith Rock Scenic Bikeway (one of the most beautiful rides in the country).

HOA QUIET HOURS: 10pm-8am, but please keep noise down at all times (we have neighbors who live here full time).

# OF GUESTS: No unregistered guests. If your guest # changes, please alter it on the app right away and let us know.

PEOPLE/PARTIES: Only registered guests staying at the home are allowed on the premises. No parties are allowed.

PETS: No pets.

SMOKING: No smoking/vaping/drugs.

PARKING: No parking on the street. Max of 8 vehicles in the driveway. No trailers, campers, Uhauls, RVs, buses, or boats. Only standard cars and trucks are allowed on-site.

OTHER: Don’t have mail sent to the house, you won’t be able to retrieve it and no one will be able to get it for you. Please remove shoes inside the house, if possible. Snow is frequent in the winter months; the main roads are plowed but some side roads and the driveway are not.

CHECK IN is 4:00pm and CHECK OUT is 10:00am.
