2 Bedroom Farm Stay

Welcome to Tenfold Farm. A small livestock farm in the western Catskills, we’re located on 158 acres of rolling hills, pastures, and streams–just 2.5 hours from NYC.
The space
Make yourself at home in this private, two bedroom manufactured home offering a full kitchen, a bathroom with tub, washer and dryer. We invite you to come walk the fields, feed the animals, gaze at the stars, enjoy the fire pit, and prepare delicious, farm-grown food.

We’re proud to be a part of the vibrant farming community of Delhi, NY, a place we like to think of as the best kept secret of the Catskills. The farm has a 1890s era barn, four springs, a fishing pond, pastures and forests. It’s located Âœ mile from Catskill Mountain Club hiking trails and 2 miles from the villages of Bovina and Delhi, each with farm-to-table restaurants, coffee shops, farmers' markets, and shopping.

–Beautiful views of our fields, the 1890s era barn, and, in season, our pasture-raised animals (pigs, chicken, sheep and turkeys) grazing the land
–Access to nature, from private trails on the land to Catskill Mountain Club hiking trails

The location and property were serene and picturesque. The house was very clean and perfect for our group. Sal & Christina are great hosts, very accommodating and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend staying at this property.

Location, location . . . and Sal

My son and I came out to the Catskills to hike the Bramley Mountain Trail and talk. Location was critical. Cost was a factor. We were so happy with our stay here. She's not much to look at from the outside, and I would not use the words "fancy" or "spa-like." But it was clean and comfortable and Sal was incredibly responsive and helpful. Everything in the trailer works fine - we made frozen pizza in the oven and the fridge kept beer cold. I would highly recommend this place, the Bramley Mountain Trail, the Gribley and Smith Pond Loop, the Blue Bee cafe and the town of Delhi in general. Thank you Sal! Farm Stay

I stayed at the farmhouse with my boyfriend for a long weekend. We both have nothing bad to say about this place. The house was perfect and in a great area for a bunch of outdoor activities. It is super close to the town of Delhi where you can get some really good food. Sal had great recommendations in a booklet at the house and we tried a few of them. We also bought some of the best ground lamb from Sal — highly recommend!! Overall, an amazing experience and an even better host!!

This hidden gem has sheep! All around you is grass, trees, and a pond. It is so quiet and relaxing except for an occasional silly happy sheep. We loved it. You can walk the grounds and visit the pigs! The fabricated house was clean and had a portable ac unit and fan that was great. Sal our host was so friendly, he explained the farm and let up pet the sheep. He made sure we were reach out to him for anything we needed. We felt so safe there. We will definitely return if we need to be in the area.

Great area and very clean

We stayed for one night only and it was a nice area. Had dinner at the golf club near Delhi. It’s a cute town with a lot of the amenities you’ll need. The place was very clean and the family was wonderful to deal with.
