This is a beautifully and individually designed property, with all the amenities that you could need. It was very comfortable and clean. Easy communication with our host. Great location for a trip to Martha’s Vineyard, and further up the Cape to Chatham. We’ve loved our time here, thank you.

Very clean and modern home in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Plenty of space for everyone during our stay with our two young adult children. The bed in the master bedroom was the most comfortable I have ever slept in! Will definitely stay here again if we come back to Falmouth.

The pictures don't do this place justice. It is very spacious with everything you need in a vacation home. Host was responsive when I asked a question about local grocery stores. The kitchen had a lot of different coffee makers. All the bathrooms were clean. Some of my only complaints were some lights weren't working in the upstairs bathroom and the towels provided were small and of low quality. There were also a lot of spiders in all the rooms. The location is close to shops and restaurants.

Amazing Getaway

My partner and I stayed here and enjoyed the beautiful art work on the walls, the master bedroom was extremely comfortable with a very nice shower, and the patio was perfect to enjoy the quiet neighborhood. Plenty of options nearby for tood and entertainment but also enough space in the house for a staycation inside. Olya and Mike were were great with communication and we would definitely like to stay again!

Beautiful contemporary house

Mike & Olya's house is even more beautiful in person, both inside and out.The house is equipped with everything needed for a peaceful stay. The décor and contemporary style made us want to live there — very tasteful.Check-in and check-out were easy to access. We were authorized to enter the house starting at 4 p.m.The cleaning crew was delayed by just a few minutes (maybe 5 minutes), and I immediately received a message saying I had been refunded for the inconvenience. Although such a gesture wasn’t necessary, it showed care, kindness, and respect for their guests. The house is secure, with cameras and an alarm system — a very important factor when choosing where to stay. Communication was also easy and accessible.Although the reservation was for 6 adults, 2 people were unable to join us for the weekend. The house is very spacious and comfortably accommodates 6 people. The hosts do not allow pets, which is something we always look for when staying in hotels or rental homes — just a personal preference. We definitely recommend this house as an option when staying in Falmouth. We hope to return next year.

Just returning from a long weekend stay for a moms/teenage kids girls trip. We had a fabulous stay! Property was clean, exactly as described and owners were quick to respond with any questions we had. Property was also conveniently located to all of the places we planned to explore over the long holiday weekend! Would definitely stay at this location again and highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. It was really helpful to have three full bathrooms and nice outdoor space. Two of the bedrooms are more like suites than bedrooms. Mike was super helpful and responsive. Highly recommend staying here !
