Discover a cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bath retreat for up to 2 guests. Centrally located with quick access to Valero Energy, Marathon Petroleum, and local attractions. Just 10 minutes from the beach, enjoy the pool, high-speed WiFi, Smart TV, and free parking. Dine 15–20 minutes away at top steakhouses like Texas Roadhouse and LongHorn Steakhouse—perfect for Valentine’s Day or a romantic night out.

Important Note:
1. We warmly welcome pets! Please disclose all pets and pay a $75 pet fee with your reservation. We allow a maximum of 2 pets. For large dogs not over 25 pounds, please message us for approval before booking. Aggressive dog breeds are not permitted.
2. The laundry facility is right below the units and is cashless, using the CSCGo app. Enter, scan the QR code, download the app, and manage your laundry. The app shows available machines and load status. Laundry soap is not provided.
3. Pool hours are Tuesday to Sunday, 8 AM to 5 PM, and the pool is closed on Mondays. The pool will close in October for the winter, with the reopening date to be determined.
4. This unit is on the 2nd floor and requires stairs for access.
5. We are located in a tropical area, so bugs and insects are common. To help prevent them from getting inside, we kindly ask guests to keep doors and windows closed and to avoid leaving any food out, especially outdoors.

The host was responsive. Upon arrival, there was trash under the couch and bed. Dust and dirt on the floors as well by the living room closet. The walls are thin so next door Vrbo tenants can be heard clearly. The complex has lots of children who play all day so there is lots of shouting. Wouldn’t recommend for long term stay if you want to relax/rest. Air conditioner is very loud in living room closet.

Perfectly suited to my needs

The apartment is very nice inside and clean. All the amenities of home with a loaded kitchen to make all yiur meals at home. The laundry room is directly under the apartment. The host, Derek, is very quick to respond to any needs. I eould definitely stay here again in the future here

Nice place

The apartment was clean and tidy. It was also quiet while we were there, which was over Thanksgiving weekend. Our unit overlooked the pool, but it was too cold for swimming while we were there. It might be noisier in the summer when people are swimming, but I don't know for sure. There was not a washer and dryer in the unit, but there was a laundry facility on the ground floor just a step away from our unit. Finding the unit was easy and it was easy access from the main road. There was also ample parking which was great. We didn't do a whole lot of sight seeing while we were there, but we did drive over to Galveston Island to see the beach there and that was about a 30 minute drive. We also drove over to a beach of sorts on the channel between the mainland and Galveston. That was only about a 10 minute drive. We decided to stay an extra night and I messaged Derek to ask if we could extend. He was very quick to respond and accommodate us. Overall it was a good experience.

Unsafe and not as advertised - buyers beware

I didn’t stay. I did not feel safe. The pool was unclean and had no furniture. There was a large amount of trash outside the stairwell. There were homeless ppl with no shoes walking the property. Ppl on the steps of their units smoking (not cigarettes) ppl hanging over the balconies. Children running and screaming everywhere. It was not cozy and relaxing the little time I spent there. Ppl directing me to where the unit was and lastly a roach in the closet. If you get this place you will be misled into thinking you are speaking directly to the owner and that is not the case. The owner will be no where to be found when there is an issue. They would not provide a refund and insisted I cancel when I had no way of canceling on my end and Vrbo had no way of canceling as well due to the use of a third party for transactions. I booked from the 2nd to the 9th received confirmation of that date but somehow the stay was cancelled on the 4th and Vrbo had no idea my stay was through the 9th. They cancelled my stay and kept my money. Buyers beware

The guest reported seeing a single roach, which may have come in from outside and no infestation or ongoing issue has been found. This property is home to families and working professionals, and while it’s in an active urban area, many guests appreciate the convenience and find it safe.
