Outside, the experience continues with access to a grill and fire pit, ideal for evening cookouts, roasting marshmallows, or relaxing under the stars. This studio unit comfortably sleeps 4 guests between 2 king size "purple brand mattress" beds and a full size sleeper sofa.



This home also includes a full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

· Communal washer and dryer on the side patio in closet. This is shared if unit A is rented.

· Street parking for 3 vehicles available.

· Guests have access to the entire upstairs, unit B, entry stairs inside the door.

· This home is equipped with one (1) external security camera located at and actively monitoring the entry door.

· Children’s dinnerware provided.

· Long-term stays allowed.
