We had such a great stay! Check-in and check-out were super easy, which made everything start and end on a high note. The house was perfect for our large group—plenty of space for everyone to hang out and not feel crowded. Beds were really comfortable (always a win!), and the location couldn’t have been better. Parking was also easy, which made a big difference with multiple cars. Would absolutely stay here again

Great place for a big group, pet friendly, enough room for parking, I like how it is separated two rooms upstairs and four downstairs, it was perfect with two restrooms upstairs and two restrooms downstairs too.The kitchen is upstairs, it was very spacious Had a bar right behind the house Our children really enjoyed the pool!It was nice they have there own pots and pan but the oven is electric something we are not used to but we catched on.It does have boat docks and fishing area and not to far of a drive from the beach.A pluse was very close to an HEB.Overall our stay was great!

House was perfect size for our group of 10! Clean, stocked, & even provided beach towels which was a plus. The road noise was very loud and we weren’t prepared for the loud bar basically in the backyard -Other than that, great stay! Thank you!

Great spot. House was clean and having 2 fridges was nice.Had one minor issue that wasn’t the owner’s fault but they quickly resolved it. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed here with some of our family back home. It was a nice family fun weekend! The house was great! Lots of room, super quick to text back if we had questions, had everything we needed, very pet friendly, and in a really good location for us! The only thing I wish was different was that there were more tvs in the bedrooms. After long days on the water and sight seeing, it’s nice to be able to shower and turn on a movie at night while getting ready for bed. But other than that, everything was perfect!

Great stay

It’s been a long time since we had a fun family gathering. The house was spacious and accommodated so many of us. Stripes convenient store was right across the street. Local grocery stores were nearby and not a far drive to Whitecap beach. Kitchen living room set up was great. Loved that we all could eat at the same time even though there were many of us.

House is decent for big group

The neighborhood was iffy. Lots of traffic noise especially at night. Had some issues with some things in the house but they weren’t terrible. It was a great size for our big group.

Keeper Trout

Great property. There were 10 of us that stayed here. We expected 12. The rooms were good sized and clean. Plenty of seating in the upstairs and downstairs living rooms. The kitchen is well stocked with silverware, dishes, and pots and pans. My only suggestion would be an adjustment on the front door. It was hard to open and close due to the frame rubbing. Otherwise, all was great and we had a wonderful time.Thank you.

The house was as advertised in the pictures. Everything was clean, straight, and in working order. This was especially nice since we had 11 folks, so having the space in the kitchen and dining area. Beautiful view across the bay, the neighborhood was nice. All in all a gr w at stay.

Hosting eleven people takes a home that can actually handle a crowd, so we are glad the kitchen and dining space gave everyone room to spread out.
