This vacation home is as close to the ocean as it gets, and it's only a short stroll to eateries and shops.Views of the water from the covered porch. The cottage is well-maintained and furnished. The ideal location for making lifelong memories during your vacation! For fishing or simply lounging on the beach, it's a quick drive to Cape Point! Paper goods, towels, and linens are required for every visitor. Sea Escape has been furnished and decorated according to the owner's preferences. The following are provided: coffee maker, microwave, toaster, pots and pans, dishes, silverware, glasses, mattress pads, pillows, and blankets or comforters. There are fees for reservations, partial stays, taxes, and insurance.
In case of cancellation or change in any reservation, no refund will be made by Dolphin Realty or the owners we represent unless the unit is re-rented and confirmed by the newer reservation for the cancelled period. All cancellations and changes are subject to a $75.00 charge, reservation fee; Trip Cancellation and Travel Insurance premium, Property Protection and Credit Card Processing Fee if applicable. Please notify our office of any changes as soon as possible. No refunds will be issued due to lack of fish or inclement weather. The offered Trip Cancellation and Travel Insurance covers many unforeseen and emergency situations.
