SUPER pour les familles aussi. Emplacement génial avec 5 navettes gratuites / heure aux heures de pointe juste devant la porte, ou à 3 pùtés de maisons de l'ascenseur. AprÚs une belle journée dans les montagnes, pourquoi ne pas éteindre les lumiÚres, allumer le feu et vous connecter via Bluetooth pour écouter de la musique avec des amis. Le systÚme de divertissement est idéal pour les sports et les films, que vous pouvez enregistrer pendant votre sortie via le cùble DVR, Apple TV ou DVD avec HDTV. Une belle sélection de verres offre le bon véhicule pour tout apéritif. Ensuite, allumez le barbecue sur l'immense terrasse couverte, ou préparez de délicieuses friandises dans la cuisine d'un cuisinier, ou dirigez-vous vers votre choix de restaurants de classe mondiale à quelques minutes (recommandations fournies). De petits extras comme la mijoteuse rendent les repas copieux faciles, tandis que la machine à cappuccino se termine avec style. Il est assez difficile de se tromper ici.

Le parking souterrain vous garde au sec lorsque l'arrĂȘt pratique de la navette gratuite couverte de l'autre cĂŽtĂ© de la rue (4-5 bus / heure) n'est pas aussi attrayant. Un rangement pratique pour les skis et les chaussures dans l'entrĂ©e garde vos objets de valeur en sĂ©curitĂ© et au chaud (pour un autre grand jour demain!). Avec l'une des deux salles de bains de la chambre d'amis, vous vous sentirez Ă  l'aise pour vous Ă©taler.

Excellent place. Very clean. Nicely renovated. Two full and clean bathrooms. Beds and overall very comfortable. Great location. Note - the buses take you to the vail village or across the highway so need to short walk over walkway to Lionshead. There’s an elevator from garage but first floor so optimal. Has windows so can regulate heat (at night I left cracked open for ventilation during our ski trip). Has a fireplace to warm up in the mornings. Cool games for family eg scrabble etc. Joes pizza across the street has great pizza, pasta, and beer. Would 100% stay again. The only minus is that most bed pillows are very full / big - but there were alternatives so we used other ones. Too bad the snow was bad this year

We had a fantastic week at Bob’s condo. It felt like home from home with a well equipped kitchen, the lovely fire and a blankets. We skied in various resorts using both the local bus (which is excellent and right outside - 2 routes to choose from) and a hire car. It’s easy to get into Vail in the evening on the bus and there is a choice of supermarkets within a few minutes. We loved the fire and being able to chill out in the evening together. It was our first time in Colorado and it won’t be our last. We needed to speak to Bob on our last day and he was incredibly responsive and very friendly in all of our interactions. We had a great stay and would highly recommend his home.

Bob's communication was excellent before and during our stay. Unit was perfectly located, clean and the covered parking was a definite plus. Forget about using the furnace, the fireplace heated the place as desired. Loved the YouTubeTV. Thanks for a great stay!

Best vacation rental experience

This was by far the best vacation rental we've ever had. Everything was so clean, and all the kitchen equipment and furniture was in excellent condition. The owner was very friendly, helpful, and responsive. Kitchen was well stocked. We stayed 4 nights, cooked every breakfast and dinner there and didn't find we needed anything. Of the non-stick pans we used, they were in excellent condition - a rare find in a vacation rental! Beds were comfortable and linens and pillows were plentiful. Bath towels were very nice - also a rare find in a vacation rental. Checkout was easy and quick. This place is a rare find in a town that is overrun by condos ran by rental companies who don't care about their customers. These owners care and it shows. Great experience! Thank you for sharing your place with us and keeping such a lovely condo! We will be back!

Excellent location and communication!

Great location in beautiful Vail! The free bus to the slopes is just a few feet outside the door. The assigned parking spot in the garage was incredibly helpful especially when it snowed. Fantastic communication and comfy beds! :)

Epic Vail Trip

What can I say. Our first trip to Vail was Epic. It started with a very responsive host in Bob. I actually had the pleasure of bumping into him and he gave me same great local intel and, "pro tips". We had amazing snow, best in half a decade and the place was spotless, better than advertised, and super convenient. I would stay here again, hands down!

Vail Gem

This apartment is in a great location near everything and right by a bus stop for 2 lines that return to Vail Transportation Center in about 12 minutes. It is clean and has a very well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and comfortable living area. Covered parking!! Did a father/son trip but my wife would be happy here, too.

Amazing experience

Everything was perfect! The condo is very cozy and comfortable. The beds in both rooms were some of the most comfortable I've ever stayed in. Really can't think of anything that could have been better. The fireplace was a big plus and there were boot and glove warmers included. We had the best week!!!

Awesome location and clean, cozy condo

Overall definitely recommend this condo! Check-in was easy, the covered parking is awesome, the Vail Run bus stop is only a few steps away. The condo had everything you could need and we stayed warm with the fireplace. The boot dryers were an added plus. The non-master bed could have been a little more comfortable but otherwise no complaints!

Wonderful, spacious condo

The condo was lovely and spacious making it a lovely place to come back to after a long day skiing. The free bus is nearby to get to the slopes or dining. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed to cook in a few nights. Bob was super responsive whenever we had a question. Definitely recommend.

Best Condo in Vail / Lionshead!

The perfect host, condo and location! 5 star all the way. It is spacious, extremely clean, well stocked and very cosy! Shuttle stop is right in front of the condo and only a 10 minute walk to Lionshead or easy shuttle ride. The 2 parking spots are great and even fit our big van! Great communication from Bob our host and everything exceeded our expectations. Looking forward to coming back next year.

A Great Place to Sahre with Friends

We rented Bob's property as it was close to another friends condo. Bob's condo is clean, well presented and very well equipped. We had friends for dinner and the dining table (with extension) easily accommodated us. The kitchen was well equipped to cook a meal to entertain 8 guests. The condo was quiet and beds very comfortable. We would stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Fantastic stay!

Bob is an excellent host, he had everything spelled out for us ahead of time, the condo was very clean and well stocked with all the essentials, and the place is in the perfect location and right next to the shuttle stop. It’s even a close (10 min or less) walk to the Cascade Village lift. Perfect if you’re taking a winter trip and renting ski/boarding gear at the venture sports right there. You don’t need to worry about lugging it home or loading it in your car. We had an all around awesome stay!

Great condo

Enjoyed this well-appointed condo a lot. Layout very accommodating for 3 adults. Had everything we needed in bedrooms and bathrooms down to full size shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel! Nice touch by the host. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses, mugs, skillets, etc. Loved having a fireplace for warming things up after skiing all day. Location was great with easy access to the bus system, although there really isn’t a bus that goes from the condo to Lionshead Village. Thankfully we had rented a car. Free parking in the garage after 3, and also easy drop-off and pick-up spots since I wasn’t skiing. Getting to Vail Village via bus was great, though. This owner was great to work with, very quick to answer questions, and made it possible for us to have an early check-in since our flight arrived in the morning. Highly recommend this place.

After exploring 6 continents, we have determined that Vail is indeed 'like nothing on earth'. We've gone to the extreme in designing our condo for our favorite times of the day...morning coffee and happy hour. Prior lounge/bar owners, we respect the importance of lighting and music in creating the right atmosphere. Her nursing background keeps us thinking about safety, while his love of adventure keeps pushing our limits. We are entertainers at heart, and only wish we could enjoy your time in our condo with you. :-)

We have been enjoying Vail since we were children in the Midwest. As we stepped into parenthood ourselves, we wanted to make sure the tradition continues for many more generations. This place is heaven.

I've made it onto the gondola within 8 minutes of walking out the door. The free shuttle stop across the street is 1 stop away from the walking bridge. And in the summer, it's hard to beat mountain biking and hiking out your back door, only to return to your own huge private patio with grill, and new pool in fall of '22. World class conveniences surround you in Vail, yet it's very easy to break away and enjoy the energy of your natural surroundings, and the local hangouts in nearby old west towns.
