Leith Court # 4 est un appartement de deux chambres et deux salles de bains de 1200 pieds carrés, situé au premier étage (un au-dessus du sol) du bâtiment est du complexe Leith Court. Une cuisine ouverte et un salon mènent à un grand balcon avec une vue spectaculaire sur l'océan. Les deux chambres sont climatisées, la chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size et d'une salle de bains privative. La deuxième chambre a des lits jumeaux. L'appartement est non fumeur. Leith Court est un complexe en bord de mer très populaire et bien entretenu donnant sur l'une des plus belles plages de la côte sud de la Barbade. Shopping, restaurants, supermarchés et le célèbre St. Lawrence Gap sont tous facilement accessibles à pied. Le complexe dispose d'une piscine commune et d'un ascenseur. L'accès à la plage est direct depuis le jardin et la piscine. La piscine a des chaises longues, des zones ombragées et des parasols.

Wonderful location! Many restaurants, shopping, and the famous Worthing Food Court all within walking distance. The condo had a fabulous view and we enjoyed watching the sea turtles every morning. The condo had everything we needed, and made our vacation so pleasant. PS bring snorkel equipment to see the turtles throughout the day right in front of the condo property!

We truly enjoyed our stay and loved that we were in a location where we could walk to restaurants, etc. The apartment was beautifully appointed and the patio view was absolutely gorgeous! Family stay at Worthing Beach

We had a lovely stay at James’s apartment. The flat was suited for our needs, very close to the beach, shops etc. James was a great host, responding to our needs quickly. He was very kind to let us check in early and check out late afternoon as our flight was in the evening. My kids absolutely loved the garden, the beautiful humming birds and the pool. Thank you for being a great host James.

The views from the property were awesome and the host was great. He checked on us several times. The shower floor needed a good scrubbing but everything else was good.

Thank you for reviewing. I agree with you re the shower floor. It had had a epoxy finish on top of tiles that came off and due for replacement. New tiles and drain cover are under the sink waiting for the next allowed maintenance period (September). Major or noisy maintenance is only allowed in off-season so as not to cause disturbance to guests during the busy season.

Steps to the supermarket and a really cool food truck lot with live local music. 6 minute walk to either Worthing Beach or Rockley Beach, 2 of the best in Barbados. 10 minute walk to the St Lawerence Gap. Easy on and off the famous ZR “reggae” buses that get you anywhere for 3.50.

Spacious Apartment in Great Location

I really enjoyed my stay here. The property listing is very accurate, it is right on the beach, big supermarket just over the road and St Lawrence Gap just an eight minute walk. I would definitely stay here again. James is an excellent host.

We had a wonderful time at James' apartment and even though he wasn't there to welcome us, he made sure that we were well taken care of. Highly recommend the apartment which is exactly as described. A small tip would be to bring your earplugs as it can get noisy.

James was an excellent host. Very attentive to our needs and Answered any questions immediately! He was very accommodating when we asked if we could check in early. Only concern I had was the air conditioning. I was not aware that only bedrooms had a/c. Also the cleaning service could have paid a little more attention to details. The apartment was location was very convenient to shopping beaches and restaurants.

It was great

The owner was very atentive and easy to communicate with. The condo was clean and good amount of kitchen items for cooking. It was located in a good spot with 2 grocery stores and restaurants close by.
