This listing is for the entire villa, including all surrounding decks, two separate hot tubs, and two fire pits. Guests also have access to the 5 acres around the house, including all trails and river access.
The portion of the property that is not part of this listing are the three other buildings at the top of the driveway: the two-story cabin, the game room, and the camping yurt. For those who need more space or prefer absolute privacy, the entire property is available for rent through a separate listing.
