Beautiful farmhouse in the heart of Palm City Florida. This Private oasis home is 3,150 sqft with 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms and everything you need to have a fun and relaxing vacation with family, friends and even your furry family members. This home includes a reading nook with books for everyone, pool table room with bar and a movie room with a popcorn machine. Fully equipped kitchen for cooking, baking and more, with plenty of cook books for inspiration if needed. Large dining room for entertaining guests and lots of space to run around outside with swings on front porch. Designated work area with desk and printer. Plenty of space for RV, boats, trucks, etc.
Master bathroom has a double shower for 2 person capability.

Palm City Florida has great restaurants, sunny beaches only 20 minutes away. Local nature walks right around the corner.

I loved the Farmhouse in nature with great landscaping and quietude. So good to get outside! Sabrina communicated right away on every question I had. I will come back for sure.

Problems resolved on check in

We discovered the ac was not working upstairs so we reported it. They responded promptly came out and installed a portable ac for the one room that was in. We stayed here for a month while working at a new construct project. It was quiet and relaxing!

Thank goodness I reside nearby, I wasn’t going to stay there. Property was run down and looked nothing like the photos in advertising. No check in process, not able to contact owner. Dirty and unkept.

Property not being maintained

We had to go somewhere else - the air conditioners were broken and according to the tech had been broken for nearly 2 months - owner did not fix them - she waited until we were already at the property and then tried to address the issue - she straight up told the tech that the one could not be fixed. The outside was overgrown with weeds, the gutters were overflowing with debris - the deck was filthy, we had a door handle come off in our hands - the ceiling in the dining room was unfinished - w drywall and tape exposed. I would have preferred the owner tell us her place was unrentable so that we could have rented someplace else. Instead, she lead us to believe there was storm damage - this was NOT storm damage. The property is not being cared for. It has a lot of potential - but currently unrentable.

DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE

We just rented this weekend & has not been maintained for months. the outside is nothing like the pictures hasn't been mowed for months, weeds and everything broken down. owner kept saying it was hurricane damage but last time I remember hurricanes don't create weeds up to your knees, patio furniture all broke, worn out. floors were dirty our feet were black, kitchen towels disgusting, front of house filled with weeds and dirty, front door knob comes off everytime, broken door to "theater room" does not even shut which has stairs and dangerous for little kids, air conditioner broken upstairs and 80 degrees, which owner said last renters also complained about so obviously not fixed. I tried to talk to owner but she could have cared less. Neighborhood is beautiful and then this eye sore again nothing like the VRBO pictures.
