Decorated in a very fun baseball/Sandlot theme. Comfortable property. Equipped well. We enjoyed our time while there.Four-star was due to a reportable concern that was positively addressed. Thank you.

Super Clean, Perfect Location and Excellent Communication!

We had a fabulous, comfortable stay! Our hosts were very quick and responsive to all of our questions, as well as proactive with communication before, during, and after our stay. I would highly recommend! Everything is here that you'd need for cooking and relaxing, and the patio area with gas fire pit and extra seating is a nice bonus. Location is prime. The only unfortunate thing was the E-Bikes and one of the video games didn't work, BUT the owners had a handyman out the very next morning to take a look. Although they couldn't be fixed, we were very impressed with the quick response. Clearly these owners care about their guests and property. 5 Stars!

Nice place

The place was clean and spacious. It was set up for people with kids but we didn’t have any kids with us so didn’t really like the bunk beds but it was nice overall.

Beautiful and safe

The accommodation was amazing. Great location, easy to find, great part of town, plenty of space, comfortable space and great host. It was everything we needed.

Loved!

We loved staying here. This property was exactly as pictured. Clean and comfortable. We loved all of the personal touches, including the pizza oven on the back porch. We especially loved that the host provided a dough mix, pizza sauce and seasoning. The host was quick to respond when we couldn't locate the TV remote. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome place with plenty of space. Perfect for golf trip.

Went with some buddies to St. George for the Black Desert Championship and to golf local courses. There was plenty of space for 4 adults. The house is very clean and has everything you need. Very good location. Communication with Jake was awesome. He was very responsive. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Highly recommend!

Fun for the family or for couples!

It was an overall really Fun time and fun place to stay in and explore around. The master suite is great. The master bath is so spacious and was really amazing. The only tiny hiccups were the upstairs tvs not working which wasn’t a big deal for us, and there’s no basic spices or seasonings (like salt, pepper, onion/garlic powder) stocked in the kitchen which was our bad for just assuming there would be some like in others we’ve stayed in. (There were just a few areas that the cleaners missed with extra blankets having some crusty parts or stains etc) but overall it was really clean, nice, and easy to relax in home! The E bikes are more sized for teenagers (just in us 4 adults around age 30 opinion) lol mainly because of the size of them. But regardless they’re a really fun inclusion still! Would definitely recommend coming and staying here!

Ideal for our little family

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay at “The Sandlot” from the layout of the property and amenities to the toys and decor! It was ideal for our little family and we will definitely be staying here again! It had everything we needed for our family and overall just a great time for our family! Thank you!
