A SIGNED RENTAL AGREEMENT IS REQUIRED AS WELL: With heating, AC, and WiFi, you'll have all the comforts of home. The property also features grills and an outdoor patio area for lounging. This condo is equipped with a kitchen, tv and a futon for relaxing. Located a block away from the Mud Hen Brewing Company and a few blocks from Duffers Ice Cream Shop & Morey's Pier. This spot will have you coming back every summer!

Very clean and comfortable a great spot in a great location. Host communication was excellent. Easy access, nice pool and deck right outside your door. Walkable to many attractions and restaurants. Spent 3 nights and would definitely return.

Our stay was great, easy entry and departure, location was excelent. Having the pool right there was convienent and the room itself was perfect for our little family vacation! Will prolly try and stay longer next year!!! Host was very personable and great! Overall an amazing experience and plan on booking again next summer!

Great Vacation!

Lou is a fantastic host. Communication was above and beyond, condo was perfect, and in a central location. Our 3 year old had a blast swimming in the pool, and overall during our stay!

A Total Gem

My 11 year old daughter and I were in the area for a dance competition when I found this beautiful listing. Not only was the condo well maintained and clean, the location was perfect! All of the neighbors were friendly and helpful and Lou was fantastic and answered any questions I had promptly. My daughter and I will absolutely be returning next summer!

Great condo near everything!

Cozy, clean, well maintained condo within walking distance to everything
 restaurants, ice cream, mini golf, shops, water sports, boardwalk
etc. Don’t want to go out? Relax by the pool, or grill on the large patio and watch the fireworks from there!

Perfect for young family for a long weekend

The property was perfect for our young family of four. Location was convienent to everything, off street parking was a plus. Pool was nice, neighbors are friendly. Unit itself was well represented. Pull out couch was a typical pull out but the other beds were very comfy. Def pack a fan if your using the living room for sleeping to help move the air. Host was responsive and helpful.
