This is our second stay at this location. Fall of 2024 and December 2025. We will definitely be back just wish animals were allowed. Everything in the condominium was great and great communication with hosts. Only problem was next door neighbors were extremely loud. They came home around 2 am on New Years after partying and we heard everything. That truly was the worst of the whole trip and nothing that we could get away from.

The rooms were comfortable and roomy. Plenty of space in the kitchen, living room, and porch for us to spread out. The location is the best in town.

The building elevator is very slow but the Condo was clean. spacious, and comfortable. Especially liked having two king beds for the two couples. Enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch and watcking all the tubbers going down the river.

Lamar, the host, was quick to respond to my questions. Check in was easy. Very clean and plenty of room. We enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch, overlooking the river. Convenient to downtown Helen. We walked everywhere. We plan to stay here again.

This property is great, right on the river and within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. Clean, well maintained, and beautiful. Hosts are wonderful and very responsive. Hope to stay there whenever we’re in the area!

Getaway stay

The area is beautiful and the weather was perfect. Betty’s and The Hofbrau had the best food. The rental house had everything we needed and was clean. The only discrepancy was the listing said there was a 1/2 bath but there wasn’t. And it was in a great, walkable area.

Our trip to Helen was perfect! The Honey Bear Riverside Retreat was clean, spacious and everything advertised! After the coaster, eating and shopping it was the perfect retreat.

Great location

Perfect location. We never had to move our car once we got to town. We walked everywhere and had a lovely day in Helen! The condo was quiet and comfortable, great space for our family of 5.

Great 2 king 2 bath creekside condo in walking distance of main attractions & food.

We (2 couples) wanted to stay in town and avoid the hassle & expense of parking. This condo was perfect for us. Assigned covered parking right under the building and elevator to our top floor condo were a great addition during our rainy stay. We will rent this place again!

Great location in downtown helen

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is very close to the Helen fest hall and easily walkable to the downtown main street, restaurants and shops. The condo is spacious and well equiped to be a home away from home. We would return again!
