This place is amazing. 9 bedroom, 6 bathroom, indoor basketball court, outdoor in-ground pool, pickle bar court, golf simulator room, game room, workout area, indoor pool (6ftx15ft), sand volleyball court all on an amazing and secluded 15 acre lot. Bed space for 30 (double occupancy). Located 35 minutes from downtown Cincinnati between Amelia and Bethel, Ohio on Route 125. The property is Very close to restaurants, Walmart, grocery stores and everything you need. And maybe the best part is it’s less than 2 miles from one of the largest lakes in Ohio….Beautiful East Fork Lake. Bring your boat and fishing pole.

Great facility for a family reunion!

This home in Bethel, OH is a perfect facility for a family reunion of all ages. We were prepared to avail of other attractions nearby but the consensus of the family was to stay put and enjoy the amenities like swimming, pickleball, basketball and many other family oriented things to do. The host was terrific - met us upon arrival and gave us a complete overview of things to do. This place is top notch and you won't be disappointed.

Big Christmas Celebration!

This place was amazing! We had such a great time bringing our kids and grandkids together for a big family Christmas celebration! The hosts were very accommodating and responsive. There was plenty of space for 6 couples, great grandma, and 11 grandkids of all ages (babies to teens). The indoor play areas were especially fun and helpful with so many children!

Hidden Gem

I rented the home for a weekend ladies retreat. We had plenty of space to congregate, as well as spread out. The home is new construction, so the yard is still muddy and the driveway is a little rough, but the home is definitely a surprise being just off the highway. We will be renting the home again if that says anything!

Awesome House for Large Families

Where do I start? This house was phenomenal. The indoor basketball court was amazing. We played so many games of Horse! Even got the older adults in the court. And because you can watch the gym from the upper level our 80 year old grandma got to enjoy the fun by watching. And the outdoor pickleball and pool. So much to do. We have rented a lot of large homes for our family weekend of 20+ people and this is by far the best one yet. The large kitchen table could fit 14 people. We played so many board games and cards. And the deck overlooks the woods. It was so nice. And the kitchen and living room are all open. The kitchen island is huge. Was so nice to cook meals. Double ovens and a large extra fridge in the garage. And the bedrooms all have a lot of beds and plenty of bathrooms. Majority of bathrooms have double sinks and private toilet. It is the perfect house. And Chris was great to communicate with. He answered any question I had and kept me informed as he was finishing up the house to be ready for our trip. Check in was super easy. He even extended our checkout time. He is the best Host! We will be back. Our family can’t stop talking about how great the place was and how much fun everyone had. And Walmart is only 4 miles away so if you need anything it is super easy to go get something .If you have a large family and need a place with a lot to do and plenty of bedrooms this is the best place!!!

The owners are amazing and so easy to work with. Home is so large are great for big groups. Only reason not a 5 star is that it’s just time for some 2 year maintenance and missing some of the finishing touches to make it guest friendly in all the living quarters. Completely recommend and will be renting again!!!
