The space
Our apartment has been completely renovated and professionally furnished and decorated.

It has an open floor plan and is bright and modern.

We provide a traditional coffee maker as well as a Keurig model and have stocked plenty of regular and decaffeinated coffees for both with condiments.

We also provide waters, juices, breakfast bars, and other snack items in the kitchen to get you started.

We have left a few books,magazines, cards, and board games for your use. Iron and ironing board provided.

There is a King bed in the primary bedroom and a Queen bed in the 2nd bedroom and a Full sized bed in the 3rd bedroom.

There are also a few full-size air mattresses along with plenty of extra towels, linens, and pillows.

There are 2 full baths, one having a large whirlpool tub. A hairdryer is provided.

We are excited to share our scenic riverfront setting.

We love living in New Richmond because it has beauty and small town charm while conveniently located near a larger city (we are only 24 short minutes from Downtown Cincinnati)

We are also only 12 minutes from Riverbend Music Center.

The Village of New Richmond has experienced an unprecedented revival over the last few years.

Our apartment is a short walk to many bars and restaurants with great food, outdoor seating areas, and live music. New Richmond has a DORA (Designated Outdoor Recreation Area) district that allows carrying open containers bought in a DORA establishment.

We are also walkable to many eclectic shops, historic sites, a public boat launch, kayak rental, The World's Only Cardboard Boat Museum, and our local farmers market open most Sundays during the summer. The village hosts numerous festivals and activities on the riverfront year-round.

Coffee and breakfast are also available at our local coffee shop right down the street.

Additionally, the views of the river and the hills of Kentucky are breathtaking. Watching barges float by and enjoying our area's most spectacular sunsets from the riverfront park right across the street is the ultimate in relaxation
