Located in the Aqua Aloha Surf hotel, you can't beat the location- just a 5 minute walk to Waikiki Beach and 1 block to international marketplace, shopping, and restaurants. Room is great for 1-2 people looking for a simple place to relax after a day of fun in the sun- for convenience there is a microwave, Kuerig coffee maker, and a mini fridge. Even though this is in a hotel, it is still a privately owned condo so you'll have complete privacy with no housekeeping, and no added resort fees.

Great location

Loved to come back to this location. Short walk to the beach and stores. Bus stop and ABC store at the street corner. Clean and comfortable room. Would stay there again.

The room was comfortable but sparse, and clean. A lot of street noise, but very quiet as far as “inside the hotel” noise goes. Very conveniently located for restaurants and eateries; Waikiki Beach 3 blocks away. Slept well. All in all, a good place to stay.

It worked for what we needed! It was small but that’s ok! It was clean. Provided extra towels and beach towels, I thought that was nice.

A sweet spot in Waikiki

If you’re looking for a reasonably priced spot to stay in downtown Waikiki, this should be your first choice. Conveniently located steps off of the beautiful Ala Wei canal
one block from KĆ«hiƍ Avenue which is filled with shops and restaurants
two blocks from Kalākaua Avenue with even more shops and restaurants, and three blocks from the beach. The unit manager is very attentive to detail and responds immediately to any requests. The unit comes with beach towels and chairs as well. My wife and I spent 14 nights there and loved it so much that we will definitely book again!

Great little place!

Loved the location in Waikiki, was very clean and nicely set up! We really were just looking for a nice place to sleep at night and this exceeded it. The balcony is amazing and we enjoyed sitting out there. One thing that was rough was the parking situation. There was as no available parking in the garage our whole stay and it was very expensive parking wise, we paid about $40/day. Other than that, almost everything was within walking distance.

It did what I needed it to do!! AC, hot water and a roof over my head!!! Side note,, let me know NO PARKING included with stay!! That’s an additional expense ya may wanna prepare for

no toilet paper, had to buy. shower had mildew, floor of it was disgusting. don't go by pictures, inaccurate. walls were thin and could hear everything

Good location for walking around Waikīkī. Comfy bed. Some folks are allergic to feather pillows. Very noisy area. Unit could benefit greatly from a little sprucing up. Bathroom needs hand towel bar, hooks for clothes in shower area. New shower stall with something to hang onto would be great. Think about people of all ages. Get rid of the nasty, peeling wallpaper and popcorn ceiling. A chair inside, luggage rack. Easier access to Keurig. Owners should consider what they would find acceptable and pleasant when traveling.

This VRBO studio is significantly run down and would need many improvements for us to feel comfortable and relaxed here.Location is excellent. Check in and check out was very easy and efficient.Brian, the property manager was amazing. He was very quick and attentive to the issues that we brought forward. He actually came over on a Sunday. That being said, it did not improve the general poor state of the studio. We stayed only 2 nights and decided to find other lodging that were more comfortable for us. It was a costly but important change for our well-being.
