The house is located in the desirable West end of Midland. Cycle friendly! You can store your bikes in the house overnight and we have a bike repair kit if needed.

It is complete with a kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, living room, dining room, workspace and a basement gym area with a Peloton bike, weights and yoga equipment.

The kitchen is equipped with a full sized fridge, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and other small kitchen appliances. Sheets, pillows and towels are also provided. The house has a driveway suitable for 2 cars. The unit is also set up with a desk and Wi-Fi if you are travelling for business. There is a smart tv in the living room to log into your Netflix account to watch shows and movies. The space is ideal for 6 guests, however we do have a pullout couch in the basement and a full size crib for an additional guest or children.

The space is perfect for families! It has a full size crib, change table, children's play area, baby gate, highchair and various toys and children's dinnerware. There is also a fully fenced backyard with ample space to play with the garden toy house, baby slide, kiddie pool.

Guests will have access to the entire house and backyard. The owners live in the property half of the year so there may be a few personal items left behind.

We are always available by phone or text and can be on the property when needed.

The house is located in Midland's desirable West end. It is a beautiful family friendly neighbourhood close to schools, parks and the hospital.

You can get around the area by car, on foot, by taxi or by public transit

While the house can comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, we understand that unique circumstances may arise, and the queen-size pull-out couch provides flexibility, allowing us to consider requests for up to 8 guests on a case-by-case basis.

All guests must be registered at the time of booking. Extra guests including day visitors are not permitted unless otherwise pre-approved. The home is not a destination for parties, buck and does, bachelor and bachelorette parties, exceeding the guest limit, or causing noise disturbances. We respect our neighbours and want to make sure they are not disturbed or disrespected. We thank you for being the best guests ever!

Up to 2 pets are permitted during your stay. Please ensure that you have added them to the booking and agree to our pet policy.

Our pet policy is as follows:
You must never leave your pets unattended
Pets must be kept on a leash at all times when outside
Any damage caused by your pet will be 100% your responsibility and you will have to cover the cost of any repairs.
Do not allow your pets to excessively bark or disturb the neighbours.
You must clean up after your pet.
Pets are NOT permitted on any of the beds. If you do wish to have your pet on the beds then we request that you bring your own bedding (ours are white and we'd like to keep them that way) so that our linens don't get stained or accumulate dog hair.

There is a shopping plaza with a Food Basics and various clothing stores and restaurants within a 5 min drive.

There is a brand new Playground located within a 5 minute walk from the house.

We are located 7 minutes away from the Georgian Bay waterfront that has a nice walking and biking paths and 5 minutes from Little Lake park, where you can find disc golf, tennis courts and a small beach.

If you are looking to visit Sainte-Marie among the Hurons, which was a French Jesuit settlement in Huronia or Wendake from 1639 to 1649, the land of the Wendat, it is located nearby. It was the first European settlement in what is now the province of Ontario.

The Wye Marsh is a wetland area on the south shores of Georgian Bay is also within minutes and worth while a visit during summer or winter months.

In the same vicinity, you can visit a historic Martyrs Shrine, which is a Roman Catholic church in Midland, Ontario, which is consecrated to the memory of the Canadian Martyrs, six Jesuit Martyrs and two lay persons from the mission of Sainte-Marie among the Hurons.

You are also about 10 minutes away from two major shopping streets in Midland (King St and Highway 93), where you can find a variety of grocery stores, clothing, restaurants, a library and souvenir shops.

Pack your bikes in the summer to cruise along a beautiful Georgian Bay trail, which is part of over 160km long Simcoe loop.
