Our most spacious accommodations, Newparkâs 1,350-square-foot Two Bedroom Townhomes typically feature a king and two twin beds (or a queen bed) and a den with one or two twin trundle beds. Each has three full bathrooms; a full kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, oven, gas cooktop and dishwasher; a living room with gas fireplace and queen sleeper sofa; private attached single-car garage and a private deck with freshly-filled hot tub features views of ski areas, Swaner Nature Preserve and Utah Olympic Park. Two Bedroom Townhomes comfortably accommodate six to eight guests.
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Newpark Resort, and loved the condo. My husband and 6 year old daughter and I shared the condo with my brother, and we had everything we needed. The bedroom layout was great, with a perfect little nook at the top of the stairs between bedrooms for my daughter to set up her own sleeping area. (There's a pullout bed and nightstand already set up.) The kitchen was well appointed for cooking breakfast for 4 people every morning and ordering take-out in the evenings. The resort amenities were fantastic too- an outdoor pool that was warm enough for my daughter to swim every afternoon was absolutely incredible :-) Grateful for a lovely stay, and hope to be back again!
Couldnât be happier with the townhome. The location is perfect with plenty of restaurants, coffee houses, cute shops and grocery stores all within walking distance. The best is the Swaner Preserve directly behind the property with a walking/bike path that goes all the way into Park City! This preserve makes the unit very private and the views are spectacular. The hot tub is a wonderful addition. Kitchen well stocked and the rooms are all super comfy. The only suggestion I would have is to have some coat hooks inside of the entryway instead of the garage. Other than that itâs a 10/10 and would definitely come back here again!
The property was clean and comfortable. The hot tub was clean and actually HOT! Close to a lot of activities even in the shoulder season when the resorts just closed for spring. Would stay again.
