Enjoyed our stay very much. Room was spacious and well equipped. Bed was very comfortable and fold out couch for our Grandson worked well. Did not have any noise from neighbors in any direction and it was easy to get from the Signature buildings to the Strip, the Monorail and the MGM Grand. Host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at The Signature last weekend. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and having a balcony with such great views was definitely a highlight. The pool area was another major plus—clean, relaxing, and a great place to unwind. Everything about the stay was top-notch, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

The unit was spacious, clean and well maintained. It was a bit of a walk to the strip hotels but it was nice to be away from the chaos. We enjoyed the pool and the fact that there was no resort fee. We would stay here again.

This 30th floor unit was in 1 of 3 buildings called "The Signature". It was an easy check in and the room was very clean with a great view. It was within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. I also liked that it was quiet and allowed for some good sleep at night. We would stay there again if we ever go back to Vegas.

The host was great and communication was clearly outlined. Parking was great - we valeted the whole time. The pool areas were clean. We would have loved if the pools were opened longer.
