First Unit

This beauty has it all! 1650 square feet with room for everyone to have their space and be comfortable. Dining table with six chairs and comfortable couch and loveseat in the living room. The living room has a 55 inch TV and cable. Downstairs has twin beds that can be made into a king if you prefer. This bedroom has a 43 inch tv with cable access. Half bath downstairs for your convenience. Upstairs has the mountain side bedroom with a queen sized bed and a full bathroom with a shower/ tub combo. This bedroom has 50 inch TV. Master bedroom has a king bed and full bathroom with a shower. We have a 50 inch TV in this room.

Walk straight out on to the lanai and take in the unobstructed views on our neighbor islands. Fall asleep to the sounds of the waves right outside your condo. Upstairs has a washer and dryer in the hallway.
Located on the third and fourth floor just north of Lahaina this condo has views you cannot beat. The property has beach access and a BBQ station with four gas grills. In the evening enjoy our tiki torches that light up the night at sunset. We are also one of the only properties that can boast about our heated pool and lush grounds.

This condo also has split AC in all bedrooms as well as the living areas. You can control the temperature for each area with remote controls.

Sky shades are also on the main floor lanai as well as the master bedroom for controlling the afternoon sun if you choose.
