The whole group will enjoy a cozy - and equipped with most amenities - stay with fast and easy access to most of Spokane from this centrally located and newly constructed duplex.

Luxurious and stylish two-story stay for family/group outings - each of the 3 bedrooms upstairs comes with its own TV, entire place has 2.5 baths, private backyard patio, garage, and great amenities!

Primary Bedroom Suite has it’s own private full bath, walk-in closet, king size bed, and TV.

Secondary bedroom has a queen size bed, TV, and closet.

Third bedroom is a bunk + trundle bed. Top bed is single size, mid bunk is double size, and trundle is single size.


Prime location in Spokane’s South Hill area, with quick 5 minute freeway access, 10 minutes from downtown Spokane, and 30 minutes from Coeur d’Alene!
5 minutes from Target and Traders Joes.

This comfortable travel home is equipped for groups and families looking for an enjoyable and relaxing stay - your home away from home.

This cozy townhouse was the perfect accommodation for our family of 7. It was crisp, clean and everything that was stated as advertised in VRBO. Close to our wedding venue destination and 35 min from our family in Coeur d Alene . The host was accessible via text and responded in a timely fashion. The only snafu had was no spare toilet paper for 3 bathrooms and a 4 day stay. The host contacted management and delivery was made same day.

Great property to hub out of. Extremely clean, new furnishings and property. Well stocked with a variety of coffee, tea, cooking and garage parking. Communication with owners was quick and easy, super simple check in and check out. If you’re looking for a great place to stay in Spokane look no further.

Lovely stay!

Probably one of the best stays I’ve had on Vrbo. This place is clean, upgraded, and fit our family perfectly! The neighborhood was peaceful, with grocery stores nearby which was perfect for cooking dinner and enjoying our company. Highly recommend.

Very nice place to stay!

We were looking for a nice place to stay on the South Hill near family for the Thanksgiving holiday and this was the perfect location. The bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen areas were great. We didn't really use the living or dining areas because we were not there much. It might have been tight in those areas for the five of us if we had been.
