Easy checkin with key pad on door. Very clean condo. Patio space provided a lot of space and morning sunshine. Great AC. Location on beach was good for walk ability to Diego’s and Banditos.

Exceptional Stay – We’ll Definitely Be Back!Our stay at this beautiful condo exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless—from check-in to communication with the host, which was prompt, friendly, and incredibly helpful.The space itself is perfect—spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully laid out.. The bedroom was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The entire unit was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to enjoy meals in, and the in-unit laundry was a bonus.The highlight, without a doubt, is the balcony and view. Sitting outside with a coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening with the fire pit was absolutely unbeatable. The location is ideal—right on the beach with easy access to pools, hot tubs, and everything the resort has to offer.If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, location, and stunning views, this is it. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rocky Point.

Very nice Condo, everything is provided that you would need. The complex was very nice. Condo was close to Hot Tube, pool and pool bar and grill. The fittness center was close by and had everything you would need. Beach was200 feet, white sand, very nice. Food at Pool Grill was good, Close to town about 10 minutes away. We will be back, really nice time.

The place was perfect perfectly located easy access to get in and out. Right across from the Pool. And the host, Randy, was very responsive and thorough throughout the whole process from checking in into checking out. Will definitely be coming back here.

Condo was not clean , I spent 4 hours washing all linen, blankets and some towels. Bedroom had a musty smell.

We are sorry that you experienced this and we understand that you wanted to wash everything yourself instead of allowing our team come right over and exchange all the linens. We have never had this happen in the 5 years that we have owned this property. We had the property inspected right after you checked out and didn’t notice the odors or lack of cleaning that you mentioned , I am sorry that you did not find it super clean and fresh like all of our other 300 reviews on multiple platforms. We have also spoken to our cleaning team as well and they assured us that their manager personally checked the property prior to your arrival, we apologize if they overlooked something. If you had brought this up upon your arrival or during your stay and therefore given us an opportunity to immediately correct any issues, we believe your stay would have been more comfortable.

Rocky Point

We had a great stay at Randy’s Condo. The location was perfect. Ground level unit that was steps away from the resort pool and easy beach access. Unit was clean and comfortable. The resort is absolutely beautiful and had the most stunning views. Definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay that is close to local area attractions.

Great Stay

This complex and condo is beautiful, very well set up and in a great location to the bar. Hot tub pool is steps away from the patio stairs - which is very big and accommodating! Easy check in onsite and with door code. We stay at this resort a lot, so will book with Randy in the future. TY Randy!

Bella Sirena is a beautiful resort.

We loved our stay at Randy's condo. The condo was just as it was described and it was more beautiful than the pictures. The updated kitchen had everything one would need to cook, including spices etc. The bathroom was amazing, we especially loved the huge walk in shower and the bed, so big and comfy. Linens were lovely. The location was so convenient and no elevators to enter condo was a plus at this ground floor unit. Pool and jacuzzi right off the amazingly spacious patio with direct access. Just a quick few steps to the swim up bar and a 2 minute walk to the beach. We started our day by having coffee on the patio and ended them with a soak in the jacuzzi and drinks on the patio in front of the fire table. Randy supplied all the beach chairs, towels, Umbrella, boogie boards and even a rolling beach wagon and ice chest! We highly recommend this condo and amazing host. Everything you could ever need to feel like you were in paradise, if only for a short time! We will definitely be back again and tell all our friends about this condo!

Very peaceful and relaxing condo with a hot tub and pool right off the patio. Everything you need is provided, even coffee. The patio is in the sun in the morning, which makes for a shady afternoon to sit outside. There was music at the main pool on Saturday and Sunday afternoon. Great communication and recommendations from the owners. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We are Colorado residents who love Mexico. Randy grew up in Phoenix and spent childhood summers in Rocky Point/Puerto Penasco. Lisa has lived in and traveled through several states throughout the U.S. and Europe. We have spent a lot of time exploring & making new friends in Rocky Point. We love giving back to the community, and are involved with AIM. An organization that brings help in the form of food & school supplies to the children of Puerto Peñasco. The beach front pool is exquisite as are the lush, green, beautifully maintained grounds of the Bella Sirena resort property.

This condo has been beautiful upgraded and decorated. Every aspect has been considered and is extremely comfortable and peaceful. Enjoy the expansive patio with a bbq, fire-table, lounge chairs and high-top table with large wrap-around bar/counter with built in cooler for keeping your beverages on ice! The patio is literally steps away from the hot tub, and one of the 5 pools. The fully loaded kitchen offers everything a gourmet cook might want, with a RO water system at the sink and in the freezer/ice-maker.
