Tailwaters Trout and Lake Retreat! Inviting home minutes to River and Lake!

Enjoy the quaint town of Norfork, Ar! This home offers everything you need to have a fabulous weekend or vacation stay! Sleeps 7 comfortably! We also have a pack-n-play and a twin size air bed both complete with linens. Each bedroom has its own private bath, in addition to a half bath and laundry room in the hallway. Each bedroom has a smart tv and a 65” smart tv in the living area. TVs are set to guest mode so you will be able to log in safely to your current subscriptions! The living room area is stylish and comfortable and is open to the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has a dining table and a 4 seat bar and everything you need to make a delicious meal! Step out to the wrap around deck and enjoy a bbq on the gas grill and eat outside and listens to the birds! Later in the evening, enjoy a nice fire and make s’mores in the fire pit area! You are a 2 minute walk to the confluence of the Norfork and White Rivers, and a 4 minute drive to Lake Norfork access and the Norfork dam. The eateries are in walking distance from the home! The Norfork Cafe offers a delicious breakfast all day! Heidi’s Ugly Cakes and Sandwiches offers fantastic homemade desserts and the best Reuben around! The Norfork Brewery will be a favorite and the pizza is amazing!! The town and neighborhood are quite and peaceful and offer that hometown feel everyone loves! There are so many things close by and so many beautiful sights to see!

Clean, well stocked property

The home is clean and well stocked. The linens are nice. Walkable and convenient to the town of Norfork and the River. Quiet street. We stayed to enjoy Pioneer Days. It was an excellent location for that purpose. Our son and his wife and the grandchildren who live nearby visited. The host had snacks stocked which the children devoured. Saved us a meltdown since we weren’t prepared with snacks. We would recommend the property if you are visiting the area.

Great Place to Stay! Loved this home!

The host was wonderful, the house was awesome! I felt like I was at home. It was just my husband and I but we had 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bath home that gave us everything we needed. In one room there is a bench and my suitcase fit perfect. They had a chocolate/coffee bar, snacks, waters. They thought of everything. We fire ring had wood ready to go for us to burn. It was decorated for the holidays and that melted my heart. Communication with the host was wonderful. There was extra blankets to cuddle up on the couch to watch tv with. We loved this place. The cookware was excellent. I loved the pans so much that we are trying to find them so we can buy the large skillet. Again, this place was felt like we were at home. Thank you to the host for making this a great trip for up.

House is great and the hosts are wonderful. It is in a great location close to everything in Norfork and right up the hill from two rivers fly shop. A short drive to fishing at any access on the Norfork River. Hosts are responsive and very kind people.

Family visit

Dwayne and I were visiting my son Mike Cook and family. He and his wife Sylvia work at the blue star marina and quarry park. We spent some good times on his catamaran and we had a few family dinners at the house. We plan on coming back, hopefully often.

Norfolk Fly Fishing

The Tailwaters Trout and Lake Retreat was everything the listing stated and more. The property is very clean and modern with an amazing decor that matches the property namesake. Amy and Greg were great hosts and were very responsive in their communication. All of the fine details have been addressed at this property and I found I did not lack anything relative to amenities or kitchen or bath accessories. Easy walk to the local market, liquor store, and brewery/restaurant. Great place, I will book this property again.
