Was pretty clean on the surface, although cleaning a little deeper into the corners would be helpful, lots of daddy longleg guests. Rental is on the bottom floor of a duplex, with I think permanent residence above, so be advised you will hear people. The TV's do not work.The bed is small. Overall a nice ,fairly clean house, and neighborhood felt quiet and safe. Check in was a snap and owner was communicative during the booking process. The kitchen was well stocked with tools. Laundry area is outside and we could not access due to other tenants leaving their stuff in there for 4 days. Yard/ landscaping was pretty rough so we didn't use the outside areas

We checked in late Wednesday night. This says one bedroom there is no bedroom. All the pillows smelled like BO. Luckily i have a friemd that lives there and i had to go borrow pillows from her because it was too late to go buy any. The next morning got up went in the bathroom there were multiple spiders in the bathroom and through out the whole house. The shower currain was stained. This property is not kept up. I did message the owner and he did offer to have someone else come clean but we were going to be gone all day due to my godson wedding. We ended up chexking out and got another hotel room. Working on tteyimg to get a refund back. This place needs a really good cleaning and spray for bugs.

It served its purpose for a 12-hour stay and was pet-friendly. The TV’s and remotes did not work, so hopefully someone will get around to fixing them before the next guests. The landscaping needs to be tended to and the back door leading to the “backyard” needs to be fixed, because it did not open, which only having one way in and out might be considered hazardous.

Upon pulling up to property we noticed condemned structure next to it (that was not in photos), Trash from garbage all in front of entrance, tall weeds all over and debris from tear out of old building. Once we entered property noticed moldy smell, a lot of bugs flying around. Then we got many cockroaches coming out. This building should be condemned as well. We could not stay here and left property shortly afterwords.

Do not stay here! The host did not answer our messages! There was no Smoke/CO detectors. The fire extinguisher was not up to date. The shower handle was broken and came off. No way to regulate the water. No blankets or sheets for the daybed. No response from the host after several attempts. The outside laundry room was filthy and ruined our clothes. There was debris all over the back patio and it was covered in cobwebs and not able to be used at all. Also a condemned building on the side 20’ from the house. We would have found another place, but everything was booked. We could go on, but hopefully you get the message!!

Bargain price - you get what you pay for

The unit was located in a rundown neighborhood. The property had no landscaping but did have a condemned house about 20' away. Amenities were few, or of poor quality, but we got on OK. Neighbor dog barking, chickens crowing (didn't mind this), nonstop Rap style music playing upstairs. None of the remotes work for TV. The interior was clean ans we were grateful for air conditioning. If you wanted a light on at the entrance you had to walk into the closet in the Bed alcove to find the switch. Entering the unit was easy. The interior photos looked very nice. It was a shock when we arrived and saw what looks like a dump. FALSE ADvertising

This day was okay kind of wish that the property was gated so my son could run around the claiming lady was amazing when she showed up very understanding and sweet besides the people upstairs making a lot of noise the trip was nice and would look again

Thank you Michael for great stay. The house was awesome, it definitely felt like home. The full kitchen was great, and I was able to prepare dishes for Thanksgiving. We love our neighborhood! It is very family friendly and quiet. This is a great suburb of Sacramento!

The BnB is a studio, with both a front and backyard. All kitchen utensils provided as well as coffee/tea and basic spices for cooking. A flat screen TV equipped with Cable and high-speed internet. Parking available on premises.
