The notices are not intended to be unwelcoming; rather, they are there to inform guests of local county regulations and potential fines that can be assessed by the county for violations such as occupancy, parking, or noise restrictions. These fines are not issued by our company, but because guests can be held responsible for them, we believe it is important to be transparent and make sure everyone is aware of the rules during their stay. Regarding early check-in, there are occasions when an additional fee may apply. Our homes are cleaned and inspected by third-party vendors whose schedules are often set in advance. Accommodating an early arrival can sometimes require adjustments to those schedules and may result in additional costs that are passed through to the guest. In many cases, however, we are able to offer early check-in at no charge when the home is ready ahead of schedule.
