RICHARDSON / NORTH DALLAS AREA - GREAT ACCESS TO FWY 75 & 635! CAN GET TO ALL PARTS OF DALLAS EASILY! DOWNTOWN OR PLANO WITHIN 15 MINUTES! RICHARDSON OR MEDICAL CITY DALLAS IS 10 MINUTES. The property is a small apartment complex consisting of 36 apartment homes. There are a few Airbnb units in this complex. All units has the same floor plan and size. If we are fully occupied on the unit you want please ask about our other units.. The neighborhood is in north Dallas. Great for an easy and short commute to places of work, major medical centers, SMU university, entertainment and event venues. You may hear traffic noise from the property as we are convenient access to major roads. We offer a nicely appointed & affordable stay in Dallas. We look forward to hosting you.

We recommend getting around by car, car service, or local transport. We have a handful of convenience stores, and fast food eateries within walking distance.
PLEASE NOTE: This apartment is located inside a gated/fenced 30+ unit building. The complex was built in the 1990s and occasional noises from neighboring apartments may apply. Located off a side road to the freeway. Urban noises are to be expected during business hours and occasionally on non business hours.
LATE FEE: Check our time is strictly at 11am. We do not offer late check outs. Our late fee is $100. We pay our professional cleaning service for each hour of time spent at the unit. We also often have an incoming guest the same day. We need the time to get the unit ready. Thank you for understanding that that the check out is firm by 11am.
SMOKING: PROHIBITED. If any trace of smoke/smoking will result in a $500 fine We are very strict on this house rule. Please respect the house rules. Thank you.
PARTIES: No other guests than registered guests allowed. No Parties. Failure to do so will result in an automatic cancellation, no refund, and $2000 security deposit. Quiet hours after 10pm.
PARKING: We offer one parking spot. Parking is first come first serve. Must use a parking permit pass. Provided. Free public parking on the street as well.
SELF CHECK IN: Check in with the provided door code. Smart digital lock. Your door code will be given to you prior to check in. Instructions: Please dial the door code. Then turn the lock to open. Same instructions for when you leave the apartment.
PET POLICY: $65 pet fee per dog. $150 for long term stays. No cats. No pets without prior arrangement. $300 fine.
PET RULES: Dogs are not allowed to lay on couches, beds, or furniture. Please do not leave your pet inside the unit unsupervised for longer than 4 hours. ALL DOGS must be up to date on pest control and their vaccines. *No pets without prior arrangement. $300 fine.
PLEASE NOTE: Any damages caused by pets; going to bathroom on furniture, wear and tear of flooring, breaking items, etc. Will result in paying from the security deposit.
MAIL & PACKAGES: We do not lend mailbox keys nor offer a mail delivery service. If you would like to receive packages during your stay, you may have packages delivered to the apartment doorstep. Disclaimer: We as hosts, are not liable for any misplaced or stolen packages. We ask that if you must receive packages, please be vigilant about tracking your packages. For mail and letters, we recommend sourcing them to a local USPS, FED EX, or post office.

There were little things through my month stay. BUT tell me Why my bank got hit with another UNEXPLANED 200 charge. Was I supposed to make the bed? I DID TAKE OUT THE TRASH. And I left a week early, I should think a small refund should be in order. And YES the on-site staff is NON-existant. I had to call the Vrbo Staff (Phillipines) to get anything done

We’d like to clarify that the additional $200 charge referenced is a refundable security deposit required by Vrbo, not an extra fee from the property. This deposit is handled directly by Vrbo and is automatically released according to their platform’s policies once the stay is completed and the unit is inspected.
Standard checkout procedures do not require guests to make the bed; however, removing trash is appreciated, and we thank you for doing so. Regarding your early departure, refunds are processed in accordance with the booking terms agreed upon at the time of reservation, and leaving early does not automatically result in a partial refund.
Our guest support team operates remotely and is fully trained in Vrbo’s booking system and very familiar with the property. While they are not on-site, they are available to assist guests promptly and effectively throughout their stay.
