This apartment look like someone lived in on a regular basis and left for the day. It was very poorly belt and low end amenities. You could not park in the gated community You had to park your Vehicle in an alley next to a store that was barred up I would not recommend this location to anyone I ended up booking a different place to say it was very unsafe atmosphere after dark

The unit is aesthetically pleasing, despite its location in a less affluent neighborhood. While I initially disregarded this aspect due to a sense of safety, the neighbors adjacent to the unit engaged in loud music and arguments that extended into the parking space adjacent to the bedroom window until 12:00 AM. This unexpected disturbance was likely a one-time occurrence, but it has led me to reconsider my decision to remain in this location in the future.

Never used any sort of service like this so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Everything was exactly like it was pictured. There weren't really any surprises here. It was a rather nice place. I'd recommend it for any couple or small group of friends. The floor is definitely a bit squeaky in some areas, but other than that I don't have any other complaints.

Convenient clean apartment near downtown

Nicely remodeled older apartment, clean and comfortable with good air conditioning. The bathroom and shower are nice. The parking lot has bright street lights which keep the bedroom pretty light at night. The walls between the apartments are not sound proof. The neighborhood is in transition from run down to being cleaned up, so I’d say it’s about half sketch. The fenced parking lot provides a degree of confidence that your vehicle won’t be vandalized. It was a nice option for my trip, close to downtown and lower Greenville.
