Perched at the top of the mountain, our home on over 3 acres offers awe-inspiring panoramic views that stretch as far as the eye can see. Enjoy the best of both worlds set between Winter Park Resort for winter sports enthusiasts and Rocky Mountain National Park for nature lovers. Soak in the private brand new Hot Tub after a long day of Mountain in adventure. 

The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area on the first floor boasts cathedral ceilings, creating a spacious and inviting atmosphere with views of the Rocky Mountains from every window.  Whip up delicious meals in our state-of-the-art kitchen equipped with modern appliances including State of the art induction cook top, plus everything you need for a culinary adventure. Unwind on the expansive wrap-around deck, perfect for sipping your morning coffee or enjoying a sunset cocktail with friends and family.  Gas Grill on deck. 

The primary bedroom is on the main floor with a king bed, ensuite bathroom with a shower, and double sinks for your comfort and convenience. No need to worry about laundry, as we provide a full-size washer and dryer on this floor. Head upstairs to the loft area above the living space, where you'll find built-in twin over full bunks, perfect for accommodating extra guests or creating a cozy nook for the little ones. 

Head downstairs and you will find the recreation room where you'll find a ping pong table and a TV—perfect for a night of fun and relaxation. The lower level boasts 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a bathroom with double sinks and a tub, providing additional space for your guests.

Such an amazing stay! Modern home with stunning mountain views, super clean, and the hot tub was perfect after a long day. Hosts were great and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

The home itself was lovely with incredible potential. The home seemed very new with some details not addressed (toilet handle falling off, doors that were not plumbed or hung correctly so would not close) Dirty non laundered blankets, air fryer had old food in it...) and in need of a pest control service. The upstairs loft with 4 beds has no window coverings and it is impossible to sleep beyond sunrise. However, the home layout and decor is quite tasteful and modern. It could be stunning with some attention and better management.

Beautiful New Property

This is a SPECTACULAR new property that is in Winter Park Highlands in Tabernash. The neighborhood is 15 minutes from WP Resort—it does take another 15 min to get to the house once you get to the neighborhood—but boy is it worth it! The house has BREATHTAKING views, from the main living areas as well as all bedrooms and the amazing loft with bunks. The cliche that pictures do not do it justice are true. The house is outfitted with high end products (like the Nespresso coffee machine and Courant wireless chargers in all the bedrooms) and has everything you need to feel at home. Love the Public Good toiletries and spacious closets! For entertainment there is a ping pong table and an assortment of classic games in the loft, as well as 5 smart tvs throughout the home. We cannot wait to go back and experience summer in CO next! Book a stay here if you want a luxury retreat after a day of fun outdoors!

YOU NEED TO STAY HERE

My family and friends joined me at the "Sky House" for a weekend skiing trip in March. The snow was deep and wonderful that weekend. The driveway was freshly plowed and ready for our vehicles. The home was clean and very presentable when we arrived. All the beds were nicely made, the furniture was neat and put away, and the kitchen was ready for our use. The kitchen has all the gourmet touches that you could possibly want. Really high quality cookware, silverware, and plates. The appliances are top of the line too. It's a real chef's kitchen! The beds are comfy and promote a great night's sleep. The basement had 2 queen beds, a full sized bath, and an exit to the patio. The upstairs loft had bunks, which were perfect for our kids. The ping pong table in the basement is great touch. The morning view is simply stunning. The mudroom has all the space you need to stash ski boots, hang your ski jackets/pants, and your gear. Having the dryer right there is great for warming up the kid's coats and gloves before going out in the cold. All in all, this home is great and will definitely be a place you will not ever forget!

High Altitude Haven

My friends and I recently escaped to Sky House for a weekend retreat, and I've gotta say, we were some happy dudes! Nestled high on a hill, the location was not only serene but also boasted jaw-dropping views of the canyon below. I couldn't resist snapping multiple pictures from the balcony – it was seriously impressive. We even spotted some local wildlife during our stay, which added to the secluded getaway vibe. The house itself was fantastic. From the calming neutral tones to the sleek interior finishes, every detail contributed to the overall peaceful ambiance. But the real star? The kitchen. It's clean and modern, equipped with top-of-the-line appliances (seriously, quietest microwave ever) and stocked with every gadget imaginable. Our resident chef was in heaven, as were the recipients of his culinary handicraft. The Nespresso with milk frother elevated our morning coffee above the typical K-cup fare. The open layout seamlessly connected the kitchen to the living and dining spaces, which were spacious and comfy. We practically lived on the plush sofa, chatting away while enjoying videos on the wall-mounted TV with Sonos soundbar. The bathrooms & sleeping arrangements were great, and the built-in bunkbeds in the loft received high marks from the two grown men who utilized them. As for amenities, Sky House didn't disappoint. Plenty of towels and blankets, a heavenly outdoor hot tub with a view (perfect for chilly days), clothes washer & dryer, and fun activities including ping pong and a charming collection of board games. The only hiccup was an issue with the lock code, but we got it worked out via text without much hassle. All in all, our stay was nothing short of fabulous. Highly recommended for anyone in need of a tranquil retreat with all the comforts of home!
